Everything about this hotel was great! The front desk staff, the waiter and waitresses at the restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast every morning, the bellman and the concierge were so warm and friendly and accommodating. Every morning they would great us hello! The concierge, Mirka, helped my family enormously by assisting with our train travels which were to be AFTER our stay in Prague. She went well beyond what would be expected! The hotel is very modern - our room was nice and large enough for me, my husband and 21 year old daughter. The location of the hotel was perfect! It was close to restaurants and shopping. A five to ten minute walk to Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter as well as the Municipal House which we went to for a concert one evening. The Charles Bridge is a 15 minute walk and there are trams or buses (if you don't want to walk) that would take you to the Prague Castle on the other side of the Charles Bridge.I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I was ever to visit Prague again I would stay at Hotel Josef!
