We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is simply excellent! Clean and comfortable, centrally located, with helpful staff and with the best breakfast.

We used the hotel site to book our stay and got a complimentary sweet package with sweets from the bakery of the hotel.

Upon arrival, which was very early, lwe were offered an early check in free of charge which was great after a night's flight.

Our room was on the 6th floor with a view towards the inner courtyard. It was nicely designed, spacious, comfortable, clean and with a complimentary mini bar.

The staff was always helpful and kind.

The thing to tell about to your friends is breakfast - delicious! Bread and pastries from the bakery, fresh fruit, and much much more. Don't forget to look at the menu on the table with some more things to order like eggs Benedict, pancakes and so on (no extra charge). The best hotel breakfast we had in many years.

It is located on a quiet street just by the center. Practically 5 minutes by foot to wherever is important.

It's a no-brainer - would come back when in Prague again for sure!

Hotel Josef is in a quiet street in a very central location (5 minutes' walk to Old Town Square). We found the service to be excellent - very attentive, and always given with a smile. The breakfast buffet was perfect, with a variety of hot and cold dishes. Being greeted every day by Paskal made it extra special, as he is very engaging. The rest of the breakfast staff, whose names I don't remember, was also very nice. Our room was always clean and in order when we returned after our walk. An interesting attraction for hotel guests is the possibility to ride one of the Čezeta scooters. We didn't take advantage of this, but I was tempted. I would definitely return to Hotel Josef. Daniel at the front desk was also very attentive.

Hotel Josef is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in old Prague. The staff at reception and in the dining room for breakfast is exceptionally good . Very friendly & very helpful. We actually got switched to this hotel because the one we had booked was being renovated. Lucky us.
There was only negative for us. The bathroom is glass walls. Not much privacy.
However, every other feature about this this hotel is an A+.
