Great location for the river and the Charles Bridge......beautifully appointed lobby with a very welcoming staff. Even during our cold and rainy stay it was always a joy to return at the end of the day

Room Tip: Face the bridge, if possible

We have spent 2 nights in Prague at this beautiful hotel. I don't believe there could be a better loaction than this one: just beside the Charle's Bridge in front of the Valtva and in the middle of the Old Town. The view is unique: you can see the Prague Castle obviously. Restaurant was good and service was up to the standard.

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons, Prague for 4 nights in early October. It was everything I expected from a 5 star hotel. The service was excellent from beginning to end and our room was beautiful. The food was well prepared and fresh. We particularly loved sitting outside on their patio in the afternoon enjoying a snack and a glass of beer. Prague has some of the best beer in the world! I'm normally a wine drinker, but after trying a glass of true Czech "Budweiser", I converted. The location is excellent, only a short walk to the old town square and Charles Bridge. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with a view of the castle.

We stayed here as part of a corporate getaway. Hands down, the best view we've ever had from a hotel room. We had an upgrade to a huge suite overlooking Charles River and castle. Excellent, central location. Walk to all sites. After the theater one night, our group was treated to a "chocolate" evening in one of the intimate party rooms. The walls, tables, food, PIANO...LITERALLY EVERYTHING was covered in chocolate. You name it, these people make it happen. Less European ambience than some other choices, but First Class Four Seasons all the way.

Room Tip: Ask for Charles River view.

We had such an amazing time at this property. The personalized service and staff was simply superb. The property itself was gorgeous and the interior was casually elegant. Everyone from the valets, bellman, housekeepers, and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I am very surprised that this property is not ranked in the top 5 hotels in Prague.
The front office manager was especially gracious and welcoming. He personally escorted us to our 2 level suite that had an amazing patio and view of the Charles Bridge.
The room was spacious and the I especially enjoyed the Asprey bath products. They were a nice change from the L'Occitane products that we seem to see and use in most of the finer hotels. The bed was exquisite of course (it is a Four Seasons after all) and made for a restful nights sleep after a long day of exploring.
The hotel and especially the staff made for an unforgettable and magical trip in a magical city.

This hotel lives up to the Four Seasons reputation of comfort, service, and reliablility. The location is within walking distance of most of the important sites in Prague. Try to get a room with a view of the castle across the Charles River. The lobby has a wonderful sitting area and the restaurant is also one of the best in Prague. So glad we stayed here and would love to return someday.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a view of the Castle and the Charles River
