We went to Prague for New Year's and decided to stay at the Four Seasons since they were offering a package for the New Year's Eve Party. The hotel is great and the room was unexpectedly big. The service was impeccable and the breakfast amazing. As for the New Year's Eve - what can I say, except that it was a treat: buffet style with dishes from 5 different countries. The DJ was a bit disappointing, as one could see that people would have liked to dance, but the music was not great. The location is great!! We will definitely stay there again.

Dear Somit12,

Thank you very much for staying with us over New Year's Eve and for taking the time to share your feedback on the net. It is very rewarding to hear your positive comments about the hotel, specifically regarding the room size, the buffet breakfast, and the service in general. I am sorry to hear about the DJ not being up to your expectation and I can assure you that your comments will be taken into consideration next year when we plan for another great party.
Thank you once again for your positive comments and we look forward to welcoming you back soon to the Four Seasons Hotel Prague.

Best regards,

One of the best service I have ever experienced. Very comfortable room with very nice view which you can choose. One of the best breakfasts ever, very delicious, very wide choice. Overall the place you always feel comfortable and welcomed. Very good value for money, great location. Can't find any faults! Amazing place!

Room Tip: View of the castle is the best

When visiting Prague, the Four Seasons, located conveniently adjacent to the Charles Bridge with views of Hraceny castle and a comfortable 10 minute walk to the Old Town Square is the place to stay! Very nicely appointed rooms, beautiful lobby with an excellent restaurant with outdoor seating overlooking the river with views of the castle.

the staff is excellent and works very hard to exceed your expectations - they are quick to learn your name, remember where you've been, are polite in asking how everything was and are a good source for things to do (beyond the concierge)

Room Tip: When possible, opt for a room with castle views. for a nominal upcharge, it is well worth it.

Hotel was beautiful, in a great location, walking distance to so many attractions and very close to public transportation. We had a corner room with two exposures, juliet balcony on one--so spacious and gorgeous. Great bedding and pillows, beautiful bathroom. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Room Tip: I can't speak of others, but our room was fantastic. On the second floor on the corner. On a busy street, but no noise whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing. Great rooms, extremely great location between charles bridge and the old town; can't be better. Concierge services are great and they are really helpful in providing all the information to fit your needs and expectations.

If you ever go there ask about their concierge chef called Petr; he is such a gentleman and he really of great knowledge, help, and kindness.

As a great tour guide there do ask Four Seasons about Dasha; simply great. When dealing with Dasha do pay her directly as the hotel will charge VAT if you pay through them.
