We have traveled extensively around the world, and have stayed at some amazing places including private villas in Bali & palaces in India. Our experience at the Four Seasons in Prague compares with the best of them easily! Their warmth & attention to detail is outstanding. The hotel has an understated elegance that grows on you by the day (we stayed 7 nights and could barely tear ourselves away). We had a Premier Room on the corner of the top floor of the Classical building with fabulous views of the Charles river, castle and the bridge. Our niece had a room without a view, but still quite exquisite. The location is very convenient. Their new restaurant - Cottocrudo - is perhaps not quite Michelin star-worthy like the Allegro was, but serves outstanding food, drinks & service. The morning breakfast spread is impressive too. The concierge service is excellent as well. They made us feel very special every day! Kudos!!

Room Tip: All the rooms are beautifully appointed, but if you can afford one with a view of the river & ca...

As with all Four Seasons hotels, you do get spoilt with location and fit out, and this one is no exception. All major attractions are within walking distance, and to be able to watch the castle and bridge from your very comfortable room (and bathroom) is a real treat.
The biggest selling point however is the service.
The concierge staff were always charming, polite and helpful with none of the arrogance that you sometimes find in top hotels. Small things like remembering your name make such a difference and they are clearly proud of their property.

we just booked three nights at the four seasons hotel in Prague through the company Whatahotel.com. The hotel is just lovely. The service was amazing. The people were so friendly. The food was fabulous although abit pricey (this is a Four Seasons Hotel what do you expect) The location was perfect..Whatahotel.com is a great site. This company has several perks if you book with them including free full breakfast, a room upgrade if available (we recieved a beautiful upgrade) and $100 credit for food or beverage. I would highly suggest staying at the Four Seasons Hotel and book with Whatahotel.com

Room Tip: choose a renaisance room the ceilings are high and painted with a crystal chandelier

Our 4 night visit was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our rooms. We were traveling with our sons so we had adjoining rooms both of which had amazing (not wanting to leave your room) views of the castle and river. The hotel is centrally located so we walked most places. The daily breakfast offerings enjoyed on the restaurants patio overlooking the river was a perfect way to start the day. I'll readily admit it was expensive, however compared to other Four Seasons properties it was a bargain (Bargain? Four Seasons?) and well worth it. We would highly recommend visiting not only Prague, but staying at the Four Seasons when you do.

Room Tip: Any room with views of the river and castle.

we just retunred from a 3 night stay in Prague. We chose the Four Seasons because of its worldwide reputation and was not dissapointed. Its a small quaint luxury property, wonderful staff and superb location minutes walk from everything. Breakfast, while not cheap is awesome. Our room was lovely and the flowers throughout the hotel are gorgeous. Four Seasons Prague is as good as any Four Seasons we have experienced, and the staff are the best.

Room Tip: Tip?... We recommend you wait before exchanging your main dollars into crowns in the tourist areas n...

Spent 4 nights in the Presidential Suite and was worried because it looked like an older dusty European Suite on the website.. Couldn't have been nicer, cleaner or more inviting!!.. The suite is at the center of the action with tourists walking along the promenade by day out your window.. Boats passing under the Charles bridge.. pretty as a picture. The hotel is clean and tidy - incredibly well-run. I don't have enough praise to heap on this place and the fair city it sits in. Heartwarming, welcoming staff make this place so incredibly good.. Traveled with the wife and kids - they toured the city while I attended a conference. They felt safe and welcome although at first the Mrs. was nervous with lots of Eastern-Europeans and Gypsy types wandering all round.. They are a harmless bunch that soon won her and the kids over. My wife can be difficult to please at times and we can get insulated from the real World flying privately and staying in hotels like this.. but the city just won her over.. Don't think twice about booking. Stay away from the Mandarin Oriental because it's on the wrong side of the river and that area around the hotel is not as nice as this spot between the river and Old Town. You can easily walk to all the good shopping (Prada, Gucci, Bottega) from here and Old Town square, safely -- Day or Night. That's about it. Five Stars truly deserved here. We will absolutely, 100% be back.

Room Tip: Stay on the wing facing the river. No pool here is the only downside.
