This is a typical Four Seasons city hotel which means the views are awful unless you pay incredibly high prices for the river view rooms and suites. The rooms themselves are classic FS which means very luxurious, fantastic bathroom with separate shower stall and large tub.

The best of all of course is the signature Four Seasons service. Every member of the staff from porter to reception to housekeeping are the best of the best.

Also the location can not be beat! Steps away from Charles Bridge and even if your room's view is just the ugly building a few meters from your window you can still have a wonderful view of Prague Castle from the restaurant.

The restaurant though is awful, a black mark on the Four Seasons brand. They need to bring back the fantastic food they used to serve before it became a meat hook with pigs legs hanging everywhere.

Room Tip: Unless you choose a river view room or suite do not expect ANY view. All you get is the cement from...

Best high-end hotel in Prague - cool relaxed service, excellent concierge service and lovely view over the river. Everywhere is a walk in Prague, but the 4 Seasons is perfectly placed just the same - 5 minutes from the main square, Xmas markets, astrological clock and Charles Bridge. You pay for what you get with the 4 Seasons, and for a nice decadent weekend in charming Prague, it totally fits the bill.

Room Tip: You want a river view if at all possible!

While staying at Four Seasons Prague, I used the valet parking for two nights. Prior to our arrival, we drove straight from Berlin (no stopping!) to the valet parking at the hotel. We never moved the car, and then drove back to Berlin making a brief gas stop where I was in the car the whole time as my husband pumped gas. Somehow, when we returned the car to Hertz, there was a scratch on the front bumper. Living in NY, I know a scratch from a parking garage when I see one. Unfortunately, we never inspected the car when we got it from valet. Perhaps it was because we were paying the exorbitant amount of ~55$ per night that I didn't think I had to. When I did call the manager to tell him what we found, he told me he would look into it. After about 1/2 day he sent me an email stating that they viewed ~2 days worth of parking video (hmmm) and found no tangible evidence of damage. As I couldn't see the video myself (already back in NY), and hadn't inspected the car before leaving, my hands were tied. I asked that at the very least, they compensate the valet charges for the two nights and was told that wouldn't be possible. I was stunned at the horrible customer service response to a very frustrating experience. From a luxury property, I certainly would've expected more. In the future, i'll look for luxury hotel properties that hold their customer satisfaction to a higher standard.

Rare is the opportunity for unlimited time in a European city. Prague is so special, consider staying at the heart of the city, with the ultimate view. Four Seasons = perfection.

In my work, I'm a travel destination advisor. Describing this hotel to one of my clients, I would share this - this site offers you a once in a lifetime springboard into a memorable visit to the city. You'll be looking directly up to the Prague castle, over the terracotta rooftops, cathedral steeples, and calm river serenity. When you add the knowledge of some of Europe's best trained staff, your experience will be wrapped up with a bow.

Room Tip: Rooms range from classic to modern, so you can choose to suit your taste. The coveted rooms are cla...

The Four Seasons Hotel in Prague offers a fantastic stay in the heart of Prague and is a classic Four Seasons Hotel. It has a spectacular location that offers not only views over close buildings but also a walking distance to almost all attractions in Prague.

The rooms themselves are classic Four Seasons style with a mix of classic Prague olden day culture. They are kept neat and tidy but for those who are more into modern styled hotels this hotel is not ideal for you. Some rooms are moderately modern with nice patterns and others are very traditional-it is up to you to decide what you like.

The staff are ever so pleasant and try to remember names and details while you are staying at this lovely estate. The receptionists are able to organise many bookings or show you around Prague if needed. They receptionists showed me which were the best local restaurants and I found the one they recommended outside of the hotel to be quite good. I found the hotel to be one of the best traditionals in Prague as well as a good traditional Four Seasons Hotel.

If you are a fan of traditional high-class estates then the Four Seasons Hotel in Prague is perfect for you.

The Four Seasons Hotel Prague is more intimate than other larger Four Seasons. The staff tries very hard to accommodate visitors, and they make the effort to remember guests. While the rooms are a bit small, they are decorated very nicely and are very clean. It is a quiet hotel, yet located in an excellent location---close to Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel location is very good, very close distance to everywhere - clock tower, Jewish quarter, shoppings, underground station & nice restaurants.
Hotel wise, it's a normal Four Seasons hotel. Mohammed Ismail was very nice & helpful. We were there for 2 nights only, didnt have time to enjoy their spa, so can't comment on that.
