The hotel is nicely located relative to the tourist sites. The service level is generally up to Four Seasons standards. Staff at front desk and door very friendly and efficient. The concierge was friendly enough but not as imaginative in finding restaurants as some. Lovely room in superb condition. Will definitely return

As usually - one of the best properties in town - very central and convenient for a touristic visit of Prague. Close to cultural sites, pubs, romantic places, the river.... a good place to stay if you want to get acquainted to central Prague. Service - good but some more choreography is needed. The restaurant and bar are fantastic, good Italian ingredients, well mixed. In general - good value for less than the average 4 Seasons price with some slight glitches... A lot more could be done with this fantastic, old, central building. And some of the furniture needs a bit of fixing, but....

Room Tip: We did not check if there are rooms with a river view, but there might be some on the higher floors...

This is a lovely property. The doorman greets you by name and you enter a lobby with fresh flowers on a central table.. The staff is first rate and will do everything during your stay to make you happy. The concierge are excellent with an in depth knowledge and helpful demeanor. We were supposed to stay in a suite which was quite beautiful with a large exquisite living room but I opted for two lesser rooms (Renaissance rooms that connected in a hallway with no view on a high floor). The windows are literally double so there is no noise. Did I miss the view of the castle, yes BUT I loved having a second full bathroom and doors that could be opened or closed. Traveling with my daughter and husband, this was by far the better option. We were constantly looking for the view on terraces around the hotel. The décor is very elegant and understated. We so admired the art that we went to visit one of the artists. We didn't know this but the hotel will arrange a tour of artists studios if you ask and that was by far a highlight of the trip. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful with everything thought out. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant where it is served is elegant and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay in Prague and highly recommend this hotel for its décor, staff and location near the center. It is expensive for Prague but in this case you get what you pay for and you will feel like the princess who came from the castle. We were here for my daughter's birthday and it was a wonderful trip. Thank you to the staff and the manager for making our stay a memorable one,

Room Tip: The best rooms are on a high floor facing the castle with terraces but I am sure any room will be co...

Dear Traveler,

My loved and I just recently finally made a trip to Prague. Although we had heard wonderful things about this city, it was our first time to Prague and we wanted everything to be perfect. First stop and a must stay is the Four Seasons Hotel in Prague where we spent three full days and nights. The location of this hotel is superb, ideal for walking. From the moment we arrived the hotel Staff was very willing to please us and they made sure our stay would be a memorable one. Your wish is their command to please!

There are many beautiful rooms some classic others modern. We choose the classic room beautifully appointed and in the main building. Room 414 is a corner room with two exposures of downtown Prague. The hotel has an excellent restaurant called Cotto Crudo that offers everything from classic Czech dishes to superb Italian specialties.

If you can muster up the courage rent a seg way and a tour guide and spend 90 minutes zipping around this beautiful city. Great to way to see many sights and give those tired feet a rest. I highly recommend you visit Prague before it becomes invaded with the Euro in 2015.

My vote is clear the Four Seasons Hotel in Prague is the best this amazing city has to offer!

Room Tip: My favorite room 414.

This is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at. Upon check in there was complementary pie delivered to my room (if that's not perfect, I don't know what is). It's a beautiful building situated right by the Charles Bridge and other attractions, perfect for walking.

The location of this hotel is perfect - you are just moments away from the Charles Bridge and the old town which can be a lot of fun for exploring.

The rooms are just "good" - we were hoping to have our breath be taken away given all the hype but it was just good room (there's nothing wrong with the room - super clean and good space but it feels like a four seasons anywhere else in the world)

We tried out the spa, which was a little cramped for space but the massage was good! Overall, it hits Four Seasons standards but feels slightly overpriced
