Four Seasons is an excellent choice. Very reliable and excellent service all around. Bedrooms are very spacious, very clean. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor dining area that has a beautiful view of the river. Situated very close to the Old Town, Old Jewish Quarter, and steps away from Charles Bridge places the hotel in the ideal location. I very much enjoyed my stay. The only improvement is that the wifi is a little unstable in the rooms.

Discreetly located off a main street, the hotel overlooks the Vltava River and is in full view of the iconic Charles Bridge. The hotel is modern in a historic city and the service is exceptional. The front desk/concierge went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. I wanted to purchase a particular type of chocolate and the concierge first looked on the internet and then made several calls to make sure what I was looking for was at the store before directing me there. I also had problems calling home (Canada) on my cell phone so they offered the use of the front desk phone at no cost. The door men were unfailingly courteous and always offered us an umbrella when it looked like rain any time we stepped out of the hotel. The king rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed wonderfully comfortable. We were offered free wifi, but you could pay extra for the faster speed. Must try at least one lunch/dinner at the hotel's restaurant, CottoCrudo, The hotel is very centrally located and all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. The perfect place to stay in Prague.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the river with a view of the Charles Bridge - the night view is postcard perfect.

The Prague Four Seasons is probably the best five stars located hotel in the city.
The rooms, restaurant service are outstanding.
The terrace with its view is an excellent place to have drink and relax at the end of the day.

We were at Four Seasons Prague from the 1st- 5th of June 2014 and even before we arrived at our hotel, the tone was set for one of the most amazing trips to this beautiful city in Europe called Prague.

We must have sent hundreds of emails to Stanislav & Peter asking the concierge of this hotel and we always received instant replies for each email, which was such a pleasant surprise. Eventhough, we kept changing our plans but they were always happy to help .

Our flight got cancelled from Delhi, so we had to fly another airline, yet again we were given an early check in & the limo pick up was done accordingly.

When we reached the airport the driver was ready & within no time we reached our hotel. A very enthusiastic lady called Denise took us to our room. We were upgraded to a big spacious room with a high ceiling & amazing interiors.

We wanted to watch the finals of the Indian Premier league and the concierge (Stanislav & Shane from reception) arranged a table with a private TV at this beautiful Irish non smoking bar, we were personally looked after by the owner of James Court & got the best service, for the time we were there.

We went straight to Campa bar (fine dining restaurant) by the river from there, it was yet another great experience .We walked & walked everywhere in old town square and Charles Bridge. It was simply amazing.

The next day, the concierge booked a private tour guide for us named Helen; she is a very nice person and gave us a tour to all important tourist places in Prague. We went to the Prague castle and visited Starbucks (my favorite coffee place anywhere I travel) also at the Prague castle.

When we came back to our hotel, the bell captain rushed and served us with water and was eager to help us with the shopping bags. Whenever we left the hotel, they would ask us if we needed any assistance and kept giving us some great suggestions.

The same evening, we went to another fine dining restaurant. The food was outstanding & the local wines recommended were absolutely amazing !

On the 3rd day, we went for the Justin Timberlake concert, at the O2 Arena, that was really cool ! We also went for a private boat ride on river Prague (for an hour, organized by the hotel)

The thing that completely blew us was the final day. Peter from concierge who is also a good friend of Stanislav, had asked us on the 2nd of June, if we would be keen to go for a run by the river, on the 5th around 7.30 .Now that was something, we would never imagine, a concierge from a hotel would offer to a hotel guest. This was much appreciated. So were ready at 7.30 & it was a beautiful morning & we enjoyed every minute of the run, Pete even took us to places we had not seen before & told us all about the buildings and also about the various marathons, both Pete & Stanislav have been participating, all around the world, Pete was also voted as the best concierge in Europe (no surprise there ☺ )

I was told that they tailor make such activities for each guest, like going to a bakery and teaching the visitors how to bake the local bread (which is delivered to the guest the next day at the hotel), visits to the local artists, who paint in quaint rooms & learning about them and so many other similar things.

We used to look forward to the breakfast each morning at the hotel and the attention to details by the staff.

I have stayed at some of the best hotels like Aman resorts, Burj al Arab and many others (they are all amazing ) but this one takes the cake in service.I would definitely recommend this hotel to one & all.

I wish them the very best & thank them for making our trip so memorable.

Thank you once again.

Best place to stay in Prague if your interested in quality of facilities, services and location. The staff was extremely competent and proactively helpful. Room rates high, though. If you have the discretionary capital, this is the hotel to use.
