Perfect place to stay; walking distance to all major sites. Luxurious with great staff but lacking a FS quality chef at CottoCrudo. In the middle of the action, so you well encounter tourist traffic. But if you are one, works for a two day stay.

This hotel was everything that you would expect of the Four Seasons. Great location, friendly and thoughtful staff and very comfortable rooms. A highlight which is often not mentioned was the service from housekeeping. They thought of everything - bookmarks for your book, cleaning cloth for your sunglasses. It is the small touches that count and it is definitely what I remember about this hotel.

As expected of a Four Seasons Hotel the welcome was warm, the flowered lobby beautiful and the room well appointed, quiet and large. We had just completed a Viking River Cruise and this was a post cruise extension option.Viking took great care if us during our stay.
The restaurant and service were not as good as we had expected but certainly acceptable.
A short walk from the Charles Bridge and the the Old Town Centre the Jewish Quarter and the best shopping street.
The hotel plumbing is dated and needs to be upgraded.

We stayed here for four nights and were impressed anew each day with the service level. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is great with service to match. On top of the service, the hotel's location is perfect for roaming the city.

Our family, including 3 children under 8, have stayed at Four Seasons Hotel in Prague for 4 nights in June 2014. Hotel's facilities, staff and location are great. It is so easy to to walk to Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. In addition, Tram stop (Staromestska stop) and Metro stop (Staromestska stop) are one short block away from the hotel from which you can take tram # 18 or Metro A (Green) to Malostranska stop (1 stop away) where you can transfer to tram # 22 to visit Prague Castle (2 or 3 stops away). Hotel's airport transfer car service is also excellent. Right across the street is a mini-mart which is quite useful, especially at night.
