We stayed in this hotel for pleasure. The staff were terrific and the rooms were large, comfortable and always kept clean. Would recommend it to anyone..Another true Four Seasons excellant hotel. Great location for shopping & sightseeing. Go to the Marina Restaurant right on the waterfront behind the hotel. Just opened and it has terrfic food and location. Right on the water with views of the Charles Bridge.

My husband and I visited for our 30th anniversary. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake with Happy Anniversary wriiten in chocolate on the plate in our room at check-in! The hotel is lovely with a great view of the river. Food was fantastic, and all of the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The bar is a great place to meet people and to really get to know the bartenders - they can offer a lot of advice on what to see and where to eat. I would go back in a heartbeat!

The Four Season Prague feels like home to me. Absolutely beautiful hotel with views of the Vltava that can't be beat. Excellent service. Attentive staff. Right in the middle of Old Prague with a convenient location, yet tucked away on a quiet street. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Probably my favorite. They even have a Michellin starred resteraunt which also supplies the food for in room dining. Absloutely delicious, which is near imposibble to find in Prague. Expensive but well worth it.

A very smart and well furnished hotel in a great central position for easy access to the Old Town, Jewish Quarter, Little Quarter and Castle. As usual with a Four Seasons hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and this made for an enjoyable getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant in the hotel is the only Michelin starred venue in the Czech Republic and is priced accordingly, which put us off eating there in the evenings, when there are so many other eateries to choose from nearby. Breakfast was delicious but is served a la carte which makes it a bit stuffy. We would have preferred a buffet breakfast as Four Seasons do elsewhere. Our room was very comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Would certainly stay there again!

We stayed for three nights and couldn't have been more pleased. We arranged for a pickup from the train station on arrival and the hotel's driver literally met us as we stepped off the train. That set the tone for the excellent staff service and attitude throughout the stay. We have stayed at a number of top-rated hotels around the world over the years and the staff here was as good as it gets.

The hotel's patio made a great spot for dinner, overlooking old Prague and the river. We had breakfast here as well (included in the rate). To a previous comment on breakfast charges, our rate included the "American" meal...but you could order whatever you wanted. If you ordered a meal that cost more than the amount covered in your meal plan, doesn't it make sense that you would have to make up the difference?

Anyway, again, a wonderful hotel, great location and first-class staff.

Let me start off by saying that this is an excellent hotel and it is a real treat to stay there. There is just one tiny complaint I have about it and it is something I haven't come across before when staying at any other hotel anywhere in the world. I booked my room on-line through the Four Seasons website and I included American breakfast in the room charge. We had breaKfast in the restaurant every morning (when we had nothing out of the ordinary) and when we checked out, we were charged extra for going over the breakfast 'allowance' on two occasions. The charge was relatively small, but no where was it made apparent to me that such an 'allowance' existed. I paid it as I didn't want to make a fuss about it but I don't think it is correct. If there is an allowance above which you are charged extra for breakfast, it should be clearly pointed out to the customer.
