A perfect hotel for a fantastic city. We have stayed at a number of Four Seasons hotels throughout the world, and honestly believe this is one of the best. Great central location for a long weekend, with beautiful rooms and attention to details. We reserved a deluxe room with river view and Michael went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with our accommodations and spectacular view. Comfortable, clean, luxurious, friendly and warm. What more can you ask for. Each dinner recommendation was "spot on" and met our every expectation and beyond for local fare and atmosphere. Thank you, Four Seasons, we will return.

We arranged through the hotel for a car to pick us up (and drop us off at the end of our stay). The driver was warm and professional. We arrived at the hotel and the staff was very friendly, efficient and walked us to our room. Our room was very nice, quiet and well appointed. The hotel itself is first class.

We had two breakfasts and one dinner at the Allegro restaurant. The food was very good and the service we received was excellent! We arranged for a private tour through the concierge. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, pleasant and her english was excellent.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and left feeling like we had a great stay. When we got home we received a bill for private bar usage that we absolutely did not use. I emailed the hotel and they promptly removed the charge. I am thankful that they did, but, it still left my wife and I with a slight unfortunate feeling.

While looking for hotels, initially i was inclined to pick Buddha Bar Hotel, but then i came across this. The one criteria which swayed me away from that boutique hotel was its location. Four seasons, IMHO, is centrally placed -- next to Charles bridge, close to old town square, and new town, and 3 mins walk to a subway station. So, i went w/ it.

Every little detail of my stay, from arrival until departure, was paid attention to. Upon early morning arrival, due to room unavailability, i got an upgrade room (even though they weren't obligated to). While the room was being readied, i had breakfast at the famous 'Allegro'.. the spot you want to be is the last two tables (facing the entrance) by the corner ... and needless to stay, the long journey's wear and tear evaporated in a jiffy.

Yes, the room rates were a tad-bit high; Yes, internet wasn't free; Yes, the restaurant/bar were expensive. But, the way i look at it, you get what you pay for!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel or its staff (true to the Four Seasons brand).

We had a very nice experience in Four Seasons Prague. The staff was very kind. The hotel is brand new and very charming. We had asked for an airport pick-up, which was very good. We received a very personalized service starting from our arrival. In the room, everything was prepared for our seven year old daughter. There were toys, candies, fruits, slippers and a bathrobe for her. On the top of the bathtub, there was a big "Welcome ........" written wiht our daughter's name, as well as a full basket of shampoos, sponges, etc. During the entire stay, all the staff made her feel very special. The restaurant was very good as well. The Bohemian Massages were excellent. The hotel location is very central. We have checked other top hotels in Prague and we believe that we had chosed the best hotel in town. I wished they had a swimming pool. However, we will definately return.

I don't have a single negative on the entire experience. Location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the Charles bridge but quiet and private. We were upgraded to a larger suite and the room was good size and well kept just like you would expect from a Four season. I am not sure what the previous reviewer experienced, but we did not see anything in need of updating. Concierge services were exceptional and staff went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect. We dined at the Allegro restaurant which was excellent; Interesting menu and exceptional service. If you can, try to get seated at the window where you will get a view of the castle. There are only a couple of tables that have one, so you may have to wait, but it will be worth it. I suggest you have the hotel pick you up at the airport. It made our arrival effortless.

The FS Prague experience began at Ruzyne airport, with our chauffeur waiting for us outside the arrivals area ready to wisk us to the hotel with the house Mercedes S-Class. Smooth and comfortable ride, just what the doctor ordered after sitting on a plane for two hours.

Upon check-in we were offered an upgrade for a nominal sum (around 50 Euro if I am not mistaken) to a lovely corner room with high ceilings and plenty of space. Great place, and excellent views of the city. Took the upgrade and ordered room service, Entrecote with french fries, vegetables and bearnaise sauce extraordinare plus a bottle of champagne. Very well made and the vintage bottle of bubbly was just what the doctor ordered.

We decided to make use of the in-house car to visit some recommended restaurants and night clubs, and what a good choice. Our driver was courteous and timely at all occasions as we partied the night away a cold Saturday night in Prague.

Unfortunately never had the opportunity to actually visit the restaurant we ordered food from through room service, suppose to be one of the first Michelin-rated places in Prague so could have been missing out! But, we were here to have fun a few friends and for that purpose this hotel was the perfect choice. The spa was nothing out of the extraordinary and fairly pricey even for a five star hotel.

Happy with the stay, the bill was exceptional but that is inevitable when staying at Four Seasons. Would go back in a heart beat, as it is certainly one of the nicer properties in the FS chain.

Wonderful hotel with a staff which is extraordinary. The rooms and facility are immaculate. The restaurant has great food and the view of the river is limited but delightful

The concierge services are terrific. Helped us to feel comfortable and provided for anything we needed. The recommendations for restaurants were great and all were within walking distance of the hotel.

They were able to provide for guides who were personable, knowledgable and gave us a great overview of the city. The hotel us in a great location and we could walk to almost all significant sights.

Just beware of the cobblestone streets. They can be an obstacle course for older traveler.
