Went for my 60th birthday and were not disappointed. The staff were very efficient from the moment we stepped out of the taxi. We had standard rooms but they were clean and comfortable and had all the things you would expect.There was a chocolate cake and a bottle of bubbly waiting for me on our arrival compliments of the hotel. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel was well situated to walk to everywhere that we wanted to see. We did not try any of the other facility's on the hotel except for room service on the first night, but I had no complaints and would recommend to any one to stay here. Well done to all the staff who make the hotel as good as it is.

This hotel is idealy situated for the best all round sites to see in Prague. It is 1minute away from Wenslas Sqaure 10min from Charles Bridge The hotel itself was more than we could have hoped for'It was spotless, the staff were very helpful could not fault it in any way even booking taxi when arriving at the airport .

This is the second time my partner and I have stayed here and it didn't disappoint. Breakfasts are superb with a myriad of choices including some fine Czech sparkling wine. Great sized rooms with free wifi. Very accessible for most attractions just off Wenceslas Squ. Lovely friendly attentive staff. Young lady at reception noted from my passport that my birhday was imminent and we arrived back at hotel the next day to gorgeous cake and sparkling wine. Made my stay complete.
