The cathedral is the highlight of the castle visit. The coloured painted window are amazing. Once inside you get an idea of the huge size of the cathedral. If you visit on a Sunday you will not get in until midday as there is a mass before hand. It would be useful if there had of been a sign stating this!

Absolut must see when in Prague and it is worth to pay the extra money to visit the whole cathedral as well as the royal tombs. You can also climb the tower to get great views.
Even better with either audio or real guide.
And yes, there s no heating inside, unlike in some of the Austrian churches

So much to see. Beautiful church. A must see! The St Wencelas Chapel is lovely. Get the audio guide for castle and church. Well worth it. We were there in December and it was cold in the church so bundle up.
