“A bit unloved”
Reviewed 10 May 2014 via mobile

Would echo others. Looks uncared for (cutting the grass would make so much difference) and the Metronome area was a bit shabby. But 100% worth going. Very peaceful, fantastic views. Recommend making the effort.

Best park beer garden and view of prague. Also their is a homeless guy who will serenade you with a synthesizer and throw strawberries at you.

“Great view of bridges, don't go at night”
Reviewed 1 May 2014

This park is reacheable from Prague main city area through a bridge and walking uphill/up few hundred steps. It has also the famous metronom statue (which moves, but sometimes standing still) which makes a large amount of noise. By metronom at night, young city kids gather and drink...so if you are not into that scene, I don't recommend going there although there are some okay shots of all the bridges and city at night.
Suggest going early in the morning close to sun rise to get beautiful photos of all the bridges, but instead of metronom area, I suggest going to a restaurant of sort nearby where front part of it has an area you can take a great picture of all the bridges as sun rises.
You can also reach castle district through this park.

“Nice Park & even better Beer Garden”
Reviewed 22 April 2014

It was great to walk through Letna park at the weekend as it wasn't packed full of the crowds that other places in Prague were.
If you go to the Park make sure you go along to the beer garden as it has great views towards the city.

“Nice Park, Good Views of the City”
Reviewed 20 April 2014

After a visit to the National Technical Museum, we took a very pleasant stroll through Letna Park. The park is generally well maintained, with displays of tulips, the paths are in good condition and the grass had been cut. A variety of birds can be spotted in the park, with one particularly bold Great Tit coming within inches of my hand. There are also numerous benches dotted throughout the park so you can stop and relax along the way. There are a couple of vantage points with excellent views of the city and the Vltava river, and there are also a couple of places to stop for a drink in the park. The Metronome is also situated in Letna Park.

The park is popular with locals who can walk their dogs in the park without having to keep them on a lead.
