Hotel is decent, very clean and well maintained.

Not to far away from the city centre!

Went as part of a lads long weekend, amazing time.

The bar at the hotel is immense, very cheap and the lager is beautiful. The food is very nice, especially the local cuisine

Room Tip: Any would be fine, didnt hear any noise from our room at all and we were facing the main road

I particularly chose this hotel because it was 5 mins walk from my friend's house and we were travelling in a group - half with local accommodation and half with hotel.
It is centrally located, near the old town square - you have to walk around 20 mins to get to Rynek and while walking you can very well admire the buildings and view which are superb. Extremely close by there is a nice park.
The hotel is simple and with basic furniture. Clean, decently sized bathroom. The TV set is quite small and quite old.
The upside of it is the nice terrace (1st floor) where you can enjoy your coffee/cigarette and the diverse breakfast which is more than enough for a good start in the morning.
Parking can be only private as the entire Prague city center has some blue lines for parking slots which are only for residents and they are quite keen on delivering fines.

I recommend this hotel to all. Rooms are very clean, huge beds (1 double or 2 single – as you wish), bathrooms are very good, with new bathroom equipment. There is TV set in the room. Free wi-fi in the room. The hotel is located in the silent street, any noise doesn't disturb at night. Breakfasts are traditional: muesli, flakes, an omelette, yogurts, meat and cheese cuttings, croissants, sweets, juice, tea, coffee.
It is better to pay by cash in this hotel. You have to pay 50€ deposite for no-smoking. You receive this money back at the day you leave hotel (if everything will be all right with the room). It will be easier, if you give their cash and then also cash will get back to you. Otherwise this money will be blocked on your credit card and can be unblocked not at once after leaving.

Room Tip: All rooms are good

Has a very pleasant stay at Hotel Abri. Ni issues with noise like other reviews suggest. The hotel is walking distance from all the fun and nightlife, but down a side street so away from the traffic.

The nearest tube station (Namesti Miru) which can be used to get to a bus for the airport is only round the corner, so we didn't need to pay the holiday company silly amounts of money for airport transfers.

We were really pleased with this hotel and would recommend to anyone looking for a well located budget hotel.

Nice hotel and good value for money. Reasonably close to metro with places to eat and drink nearby. Reception staff were very pleasant but breakfast staff shoo-ed us out at 10am sharp (breakfast was advertised as 7.30am - 10am, this clearly means be out by 10am!)

When I read past reviews> I wondered what I would find when I arrived. But the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was good , Ok the sausages were cold but , no big deal.

The only thing I would say bad about the hotel is , Don't book their transfer, we have been twice now , and the first time we got a driver who was on his phone all the time and drove like a maniac. This time the driver of the cab didn't even bother to wait for us, and we had to get a taxi from the airport ourselves.
Location is Good, a short walk from tram and metro stops, and although we didn't do it a 15 minute walk brings you to Wenceslas Square , the main shopping centre.

My only other minor point is that the staff could be more friendly

Oh and a word of warning.
DO NOT TRY TO TAKE FOOD OUT OF THE DINING ROOM BECAUSE YOU WILL BE STOPPED.

Room Tip: all rooms fine.

First I would say about the location: is really good, not far from center, you can actually walk to...it takes about 15-20 minutes. I used metro and also not far from the hotel :metro namesti miru and next station (the same line) is center - Wenceslas square.
My room was pretty good...yeah, the carpet is a lil bit dirty...But the bed was good, big and comfortable and clean! I slept very well. The weather was not so good: rainy - and it was also cold in the room :( Breakfast is poor : sousages, juice, eggs, cheese. But it is ok to eat :-) And the restaurant is open only for breakfast time (7:30 - 9:30), in the evening (when you back to the hotel) you can't even buy tea or coffee or smth else...That's really bad !!!! But there are some bars nearby the Abri hotel. Staff is OK, not so smiley and customer-oriented but OK for this class of hotel ! Well, I would say all depends on you...If you plan to spend the time in the hotel, I would recommend more good hotel, if you need hotel for sleeping, it is ok !
