Everything is quite good, but there are some small things that stops me from saying that it is the real 4 stars hotel.

- no toothpaste
- no slippers
- very noisy (our windows were looking at the tram line) even with closed window
- no free Wi-Fi in the room - only at hall
- got 3 single bads room inspite of 1 double

And the good things also:

- quite clean
- price
- close to city transport lines (tram, metro)
- 5 min walk to Potrafena Husa - nice place to eat and have a drink if you are tire to go to the center
- friendly personnel (mostly russian-speaking)
- quality breakfast

Good place. 20 min walk to downtown or 5 minutes with the tramway which has a stop 50 meters from the hotel. However, the hotel is very noisy: trams, bus, and every noise from the other rooms or the corridor...

Good and clean room facing the back yard, so no noise from the busy street. Nice beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Shower in bathtub with no curtain, so bathroom floor gets quite wet. Breakfast is tolerable, but real juices would be much better, and the coffee could be a lot stronger.

We chose it for the location near a venue we attended. Communications is excellent woth lots of tram lines available.

First of all, I have to mention that the front desk staff was very helpful - we had made a mistake in our booking (the dates were off by one day) and they managed to find us a nice room, for the dates we actually wanted, and the rate was better than on our original booking.

Our room was quite spacious even for three people, and very clean. As it seemed to be a wheelchair accessible room, the shower and bath tub were apparently set up for sit-down showers. Awkward if you're used to showering standing up. There was also no shower curtain of any kind, so one had to be careful about not getting the whole room wet. Since there was no air conditioning, the room got quite warm at night, even with the window open. And finally, I couldn't find any free power outlets in the room. I had to move a table and unplug a lamp to charge my phone.

Breakfast was served in a spacious room on the first floor. The food was unimpressive, but at least the scrambled eggs seemed to be made of real eggs instead of powdered ones, which seems to be rare these days.

There is wifi in the lobby, but I couldn't get it to work in the bar area. No wifi in the rooms.

Overall this was decent value for money and I'd consider staying here again.

We stayed there twice in the space of a week. Each time we had what was classed as "Executive rooms" They were very spacious and the bathrooms were quite large. It was very warm and the lack of working air conditioning made it a bit uncomfortable at night, and there was some noise from the trams going past one of the rooms. Very large breakfast area with something for averyone's taste and very friendly staff. I would recommend that the owners get out the paint brushes to brighten it up a bit, but having said that, it's very clean. I would recommend it for other travellers. There are some lovely small restaraunts and bars nearby

Room Tip: We booked online and got Executive rooms for a very reasonable price

Visited Prague this August and it was super hot - temperatures reached up to 33 degrees - and so, was not very pleasant returning to a hotel with "No air conditioning". Streets outside were rather noisy too. Despite the rooms being fairly clean, it was not at all spacious. Also, was rather surprised that there was no free wifi in the rooms (free wifi in the rooms was about ±20 extra euros a day), had to keep going down to the lobby to check my emails, send msgs and use viber. On top of that, I found it a bit ridiculous to have to pay a certain amount of Czk in order to use the Safe.

Nice hotel and decent breakfast. Nice bar area for a relaxing drink. You might think Belvedere is too far from the city centre but trams are close by to take you there and it's actually a very nice to walk and not nearly as far as you might think. Some very nice restaurants are close along with some cosy little bars. Vlataska metro station is fairly close by for convenient connections to train stations
