Very spacious room, extremly helpful staff and great facilities. This hotel is centrally located for most of the popular tourist sights. Breakfast is a buffet style, wide choiced with very attentive and friendly staff. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Looking for a decent, not expensive hotel we discovered Cloister Inn. The room we had was nice but not really luxuary, but one cannot excpect more for the good price and the excellent location. A few hundred meters from the Charles Bridge, the National Opera, the centre of the marvelous city. Unless one is used to 5* hotels we can recommend the hotel as one of the best deals for the money and a top location and ....Silent. Wifi and even computersw free available.
To be recommended.

Nice room good size shower, tv very helpful staff nothing was to much trouble free wifi, free coffee in lounge, good position for sight seeing quiet location near some nice bars with good food, there is no bar in the hotel but not a problem as there are plenty of excellent bars within a short walk & good food available with good variety, Charles bridge short walk as are shops, very happy to stay again.

This is what I call value for money, an exceptionally good hotel with very high standards and first class reception staff who could not do enough for you.
Breakfast was a buffet style with ample choice and as much as you wanted.
Ideally situated only 5 mins from Charles Bridge and 10 mins from the main square.
Tea and coffee available (as much as you like) in the lounge/reception area and 3 computers available (free) free wifi available throughout.
My only disappointment was there was no bar in the hotel but no big deal as there are more than sufficient in close proximity.

Room Tip: Smoking rooms are available

The hotel is excellent value for money, and within walking distance of the old town, lesser town and new town. The food although there was only breakfast was very good, and my wife and myself would not hesitate to advise any of or friends or aquaintaences to stay at this establishment.
The staff we also very helpful and could not do enough for you. The only drawback was that we couldn't get an early morning cup of coffee in the room, but this is a small price to pay for this excellent establishment.
You could walk to Charles bridge in about 10 minutes and the address of the hotel is old town and so you were right in the heart of it. The new town was less than 15 minutes away. AND There are some fine restaurants and bistros within walking distance.

Room Tip: trie to get a room overlooking car park

Ideal location. Staff extremely helpful. Quiet comfortable room. Nice extra touches like complimentary tea coffee etc in reception. Good breakfast. Not 5 star luxury but just what we wanted for our city weekend break.

This hotel is in a very central location, ideal for walking to most of the tourist areas such as the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, Old Town Square and Wencesless Square. Our room was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful. You can even buy tickets for the metro at the reception if you want to go further outside the city centre. We paid less than €60 per night for a double room including breakfast. I would be very happy to stay in this hotel again. Highly recommend choosing this hotel.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 529 - it was spotless, comfortable and quiet. (photos on the website are accurate)
