This hotel hasn’t been renovated!! Although you read it on their website. Very outdated beds hard may as well sleep on the floor. No tea facilities in room or hair dryers. The walls are very thin & you can hear what’s being said in the next rooms. I’ve stayed in 3* hotels & this isn’t one. 30mins away from centre.

We spent 9 nights in the hotel and the crew was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable but the beds were separated although we asked them to be one bed. When I asked the receptionist if there was a possibility to have a room with one double bed she said that all of the rooms are with two separated beds and there's no possibility to join them even with double sheets. It disappointed us but overall we had a great experience in prague and the hotel. It is very close to the tram station and there's a market that works there on the weekends with lots of goods. The breakfast was rich. Thanks

My wife and I booked a short break at the Mars Hotel Prague for a 2 night stay. After the first night I booked us into another hotel due to the noise from the 50 plus children that were staying there but the poor furnishings and fixtures. We thought we had paid for a double bed that was in fact 2 singles beds pushed together with a gap down the middle. The beds were solid wood with matresses that were thin and also solid. This was possibly the worst night sleep we have had.
The shower cubicle was so small that my shoulders touched both walls at the same time and I could not bed to wash my legs and feet as I leaned against the on/off tap.
The pictures shown on the web site are obviously dated.

When we first arrived it looked scary, it was dark outside and there wasn't a lot of people around. The receptionists are helpful, but not very friendly, but people in Prague in general were not friendly.
The room is clean and the bathroom its ok, but it doesn't have a hairdryer. It also has a nice temperature and the Wi-Fi connection its great. The breakfast for the paid price was ok. There is transports on the street in front of the hotel and if you catch the tram 6 it goes to the centre of Prague. In general, I would recommend for people trying to not spend much in accommodation.

The hotel itself is brilliant. The staff are super friendly and speak great English. The rooms and facilities are clean. The restaurant isn't open in the evenings past 3 most days. The shower was either too hot or cold and there was a small gap where it's just right. The beds are rock hard and we got broken sleep every night. The room got a bit hot but we just opened the window.
