My husband and I and his family stayed at this hotel in July. We had a total of 3 rooms. The rooms are very spacious but the bathrooms are small. We didn't find the rooms particularly clean (the sheets are white and clean though). I didn't see the big deal about this hotel and why it had gotten such good reviews. Location is good, yes, but there are many other hotels within close proximity that are probably better. What redeems this hotel is the ultra friendly ADI Aljanabi who mans the front desk and basically runs the hotel. He works very hard, is always smiling and willing to help and go beyond the call of duty. He made our stay extremely comfortable and gave us great advice on what to do in and around the city.
Prague is an old city and you can expect hotels to be old as well so if you are paying around 100 euros for a room, then don't expect much. If you are staying for 2-3 days, then this hotel is fine but we wouldn't recommend it for any longer than that.More
