Stay away from this hotel, you might be robbed there .... check-in lasts about 1 hour, staff very unfriendly, hotel is far away from the city center, you have to take a bus first, then the metro ... takes about 45 minutes. The breakfast? Forget about it, not worth to mention about it.

Although it was far away from the city centre the rooms were really big and comfortable, but wi fi is only available in the lobby not in the rooms...
In order to get the city centre you take a bus then metro not difficult , but thanks again to staff

Stayed a week here, the staff was not very accommodating and the dinner services were mediocre at best. It is also rather far-away from the city center, about 30 minutes taking transit. The worst was the 'wifi', if you could call it that. It is only in the lobby and you have a 1 in a million chance of it actually working because everyone is trying to use it at the same time. I definitely wont be staying here again, not when I can stay in the city for cheaper and better quality. You also have to ask for clean towels, and even then, you'll be lucky if you get one.

There's nothing to praise about this hotel. It's far from the city centre. The 12-inch goggle box TV at a corner on the desk far the beds can hardly serve its function as a TV. The information pack in the very tired wrinkled cover is not complete; the only information there is the different numbers you can dial for the hotel service.
The room decoration is very dated. No bath tub. The fixed shower head is far above your head and the white tiles in the toilet would bring you back to 60/70s. The two single beds are very narrow and when you lie in it you worry that you'll fall over. There was old blood stain in one of our bed sheets.
We arrived at about 8:30pm starved. No staff at the entrance of the restaurant to guide us to the table. We waited about 5 minutes at the bar area but no one turned up. We went back to the reception and they had to ring someone and tell us to go back to the restaurant again to wait further for the service.
The starters were OK but my main course, scallops as stated on the menu, turned out to be a bowl of mussels. When I said I wanted scallops instead, the waiter said, 'It's the same.' There were about 20 mussels in the bowl; half of them were not open; those open ones had hardly any meat in them. When I complained about the mussels, the waiter didn't give any response at all and was just busy putting away the dirty plates and cutlery. When the bill arrived, we noticed the menu prices do not include VAT. VAT was 21% on top of the bill.
The taxi fare from the airport was 920 Kč, since the hotel is the opposite side of Prague from the airport as well as being a long way from central Prague. Hotel to Old Town Square is 40 minutes bus + metro ride. It will take even longer if you've just missed the bus. The service is 20 to 30 minutes intervals.

It can be a good hotel with little management corrections.
Location is bad no access to main attractions and city.
Always crowded with tours and students.
No basic facilities in the rooms . A.C. Not efficient and unadjustable unnecessaryly large rooms.
Lifts not efficiently used , one outof two always out of service to save money.
Concierge not helpful did not even provide change for bus and beverage dispensers.

Room Tip: Make sure you have what you ezpect in the rooms during checkin.

I won voucher for this hotel (3 nights). I didnt expect anything afer reading all these negative feedbacks and ratings. Check-in was quick. Room was spacious with seperate living and sleeping area. Bathroom was also big and clean, but nothing special. I didnt check how wifi works.  Hotel has a pool, restaurants and casino. Dinnig room is huge and crowdy in the morning, but its a big hotel with more than 900 rooms. Breakfast was average, I think not for 4 stars hotel. Location is a bit remote from downtown Prague, 2 bus stops from nearest Metro station, but bus (bus leaves every 15 minutes) station is in front of the hotel, so there is no problem.

I have been in this hotel few times. Only due to business. But I had every time totally different room for the same price? One type was really great with huge bathroom, but the second one was situated in old building and was one star max! Hotel itself looks better from inside than from outside. And is pretty far from center.
