I recommend this hotel for anyone who looks for clean rooms, great service, exellent location and good breakfast. The beds are very good but the furniture is basic and the rooms are small.
For a 4 star hotel in prague center you get great value for money.

This was a very cool hotel, the ambiance was amazing and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was great with thw buffet, all kinds of food and very fresh. The rooms very spacious and immaculate, and the bathroom was also very clean. Was close to old town square, walking distance, and would recommend it to anyone visiting prague.

As a party of four relatives, we spent three nights in two rooms. We had booked two classic rooms but finally got a superior room with one king bed (upgrade due to Le Club Accor Hotel Platinum privileges) and a classic room with twin beds (the twin beds we needed are not available in superior rooms). Accommodation is modern, with large rooms: we did not experience any of the difficulties described by some previous reviewers (who complained about tiny rooms / AC issues and so on...). Anyhow shower room is indeed rather small, especially as toilets are not separated; and outside view from our rooms was limited to a courtyard. Both of our rooms were more or less the same size, but we think our standard room might have been bigger than others in the same category as ours was located at one of the building's corners. That is what we presumed, according to the floor map that was shown on the fire evacuation instructions board... Front desk staff proved fantastic from beginning to end, handing efficiently our reservation's special requests weeks before our arrival, making restaurant bookings, arranging airport transfers, and so on... Hotel location is convenient although at the periphery of the old city, which is compensated by the advantage of having a shopping mall around the block. Internet worked well. Our only complaint is about food. We were disappointed by both the breakfast buffet (all three days), and the dinner we had at the hotel's restaurant (on our first day). Food offering and meals quality were not on par with other M Gallery we had experienced. No pancake or crepe at breakfast for instance. May be we are difficult to please, or may be central Europe does not have as good chefs as Western Europe... Restaurant staff skills in English were also limited, making communication more difficult. We found better and cheaper options for our meals outside the hotel. Our advise: get a corner room if you have a classic room, eat outside (Cafe Imperial for instance), and enjoy the knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff.

Room Tip: Classic rooms located at the building's corner seem larger

Dear Mr Beylon

Thank you very much for having taken the time to post your comments on TripAdvisor.
It was indeed a pleasure to read that you were satisfied with the quality of the staff and the accommodation. Your comments are truly appreciated and my team will be very happy to read it as well.
As an historical, classified building, it is true that all our rooms doesn’t have the same size, and also that we give to our very loyal guest, LeClub member, the best room available.
On the other hand, I’m very surprised regarding your comment on the breakfast. We are providing real French Viennoiserie, large range of fruit, a chef to cook ‘’ a la minute’’ front of the guest all kind of eggs.
As we have guest coming from all Europe and even farther, we are offering a big variety of product to make sure that each guest will be able to find the regular national breakfast. Every day we are also offering specialty from each country and from Czech Republic as well. Crepes and pancake also time to time. Unfortunately it was not during your stay.
Regarding the quality of the chef, it is not worse or better in Central Europe than in Western Europe. We are offering an international cuisine, with local touch. We adapt also our menu regarding the expectation of the majority of our international guest and it is not a French gastronomic menu.
Despite this disappointment, I hope that I will have the pleasure to welcome you again in Prague
We all look forward to welcoming you back again,
Sincerely,

Christophe Bergeron

I was travelling on business and this hotel gave me the opportunity to do some sight seeing with the little spare time I had. The location is really good, tram and metro stations, old town, nice restaurants, everything is close by.

My opinion will not differ from others if I day it is really well located. Walking distance to any main attractions. Tram and underground stations 20-50 meters from the hotel.
Hotel itself with long story, with comfy and clean rooms, great breakfast and very competitive and supportive staff.
Just opposite nice restaurants and bars - if you do not want to use the hotel one, which is also nice, but obviously more expensive.
Huge minus is the parking. 25 euros per night in the hotel next door. No possibility to find a place on the street in the area; either booked for residents or paid between 8am-6pm with the need to refill parking machine every 2 hours. That really influence the cost of your stay there.

Unfortunately, regarding the parking space in the street we cannot do too much, but we are providing Valet Parking Service. Just let us know during your next visit and we will take care of your car, for the same price as the other parking in teh city.

We stayed here for the last 2 of our 7 nights in Prague. The rooms are clean, the high ceilings are pretty nice and there are plenty of amenities in the bathroom. Free WiFi throughout the hotel is a big plus. The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's right by a metro station (Náměstí Republiky) and a ton of tram lines. There's also a lot to do in the area!
