Customer service is excellent. From front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff, they will take the initiative to greet you when they come across you in the hallway. When you have a question or need help, they don't just give you a yes or no answer, but will actually help you find something that meet your needs.
Special thanks to the Concierge Ivana for helping me make transport arrangements to Cesky Krumlov and onward to Vienna, and for advice on puppet shows and shops. If you want to find something that is native to Prague/Czech, don't forget to ask her.
Also thanks to the chef in the restaurant. As I am a vegetarian and I can't eat garlic and onion, he has specially made some soup and gnocchi for my dinner and the dishes are delicious.
The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It is just 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge and 10 minutes from the Castle, which was good for me as I was trying to catch the sunrise and sunset photos at the Charles Bridge.
Before I arrive at the hotel, I think the hotel is a bit expensive. But after my stay, I find it worth the money because of its great customer service, location and neighborhood.More
