When new to an area, we attempt to do our best to choose a great location. Well the location of this hotel is amazing for two reasons: One, it is just a block and a half away from the Charles Bridge - just far enough to be away from the crowds but close enough for easy access to a multitude of sites! And two, it is set within a very quaint part of town! We found the hotel to be upscale & the room spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The grounds were exceptional for a gorgeous view of red rooftops and beautiful architecture. We would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor of Prague!

Dear Guest,

thank you very much for sharing your very positive feedback with TA community.

Location of the ARIA Hotel is really unbeatable - steps from Charles Bridge but still nestled in a quiet cobblestoned street in the district of Mala Strana.

We would be very happy to welcome you again during Spring or Summer so you can enjoy the beautiful Vrtbovska Garden just behind the hotel or our Rooftop Terrace offering amazing views over the city.

Look forward to your next visit and please feel free to contact me directly for reservations arrangements

All the best in 2014 !

We stayed three nights at Aria and enjoyed every minute! Definitely worth money with all of the added perks. The hotel has a fun music theme.

Location: Great location! We walked to all the main sights in Prague.
Room: Stayed in room 404 which was nice and large with a very large bathroom.
Breakfast: Large complimentary breakfast buffet which includes eggs cooked to order as well as a al cart menu.
Valet: Parked the car with the valet for three days. Expensive but was parked underground in a secure location. (We were driving a brand new car - so worth the extra dollars to make sure it was not scratched.)
Guest Service: Concierge and front desk staff were helped and borrowed us a Rick Steves book to use during our stay.
Perks: We enjoyed our complementary welcome drink in the lounge area, the complimentary tea hour with a sandwich and dessert tray, free internet in-room and public spaces, Apple TV loaded with movies and music already loaded in the room and two bottles a water complimentary per day!

Don't miss the free admission to the adjacent gardens accessed through the hotel.

In September stayed at the Aria Hotel in Prague. The staff was very welcoming and helpful; they even provided an orientation tour. The roof top bar was a lovely way to see Prague Castle in the distance and orient ourselves to old Prague's layout. The rooms were each individually themed and lushly appointed with quality bedding & furnishings. The bathroom had updated amenities and should please any traveler. The gardens in back are terraced and worth a visit for the views.
The hotel is in a very convenient spot near embassies and close enough to walk up to the Castle.

Can't say enough of the staff, location, services and restaurant. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels, ranked by T&L as best in world and I can say the Aria is right up there with them. Only wish I had more time there. Will go back and its something to look forward to.

We stayed at the Aria hotel as a couple in November. We arrived via the train station and were supposed to have been picked up by the hotel limo by the Burger King with the driver holding a sign with our name. Well, we waited an hour and no limo driver. :( We really didn't feel like dealing with it or waiting any longer, so we took a cab which cost us around $80 USD. When we arrived we explained to the lady at the front desk and she bluntly told us the limo driver was there. Um...no he was not. At least not on time and within an hour of our arrival. We travel extensively and were fine to take a cab; however, it really would have made a large impact if the lady would have apologized and perhaps took that part of the package off our bill since we didn't receive that service.

Which brings me to my next point...I would skip the special packages. We had the Romantic package with all inclusive breakfast (room service if we wanted), dinner at Coda, flowers in the room, and a musical plate. While it was very nice, none of the staff even knew what was included in the package. We had to argue and show them our "package" to get what we paid for. That was kind of odd to us. If you are a 5 star luxury hotel, your staff should be aware of the packages the hotel is offering and adjust/adapt to guests as needed.

These two items are why I just could not give the Aria 5 stars.

The room was very comfortable, yet small. Don't expect a Four Seasons size room. We had a junior suite. The amenities/apple tv, Etc. were super awesome ... The shower didn't drain well though, and it spilled over into the bathroom. Bed was super comfortable.

We liked the musician theme a lot & in general the staff was great with the exception of the lady who checked us in. Breakfast was fantastic, Coda was amazing & the hotel is in a fabulous location.

I really, really wanted to absolutely love this place...but for the price, it disappointed in some areas.

We spent last week of August for my Birthday and family reunion in Aria hotel,Prague!..What Can I say?..I would say we've been in fairy tail place with my sister again, like in childhood dreams for whole week!..
Prague is so beautiful!..My 4 years old daughter still believes that she visited Beast's home town!..(From "Beauty and the Beast" movie)with Neoclassic Baroque architecture ...
Aria hotel is perfect centrally located boutique hotel in Prague with orange clay tile roof buildings and gorgeous Vrtbovska(English garden)!..
Here...you feel like royal guest!..customer service is exceptional.Rooms are nicely decorated.Delicious breakfast and afternoon tea.
You must try Coda restaurant for dinner...
In my opinion owner, management and all staff can be proud to present "Aria" hotel as their perfect creation!..
We will stay again in Aria when travel to Prague.
Thank you all for making our stay in Prague so wonderful!..

I have to admit it is the first 5 star hotel I have stayed in but it was worth every penny. My Fiancé and I were looking for a weekend away from the kids and we both wanted a little treat. The staff were great, the breakfast was beautiful and there was nothing we could fault with the whole experience. It was in a great location within a short walking distance of the town centre. When we return to Prague we will stay there again.
