The hotel is wonderful and the service is the best I have ever seen. The location is excellent.

The only drawback is that it is a bit highly priced, we payed 230 euros per night in a double room. We knew this from the begining but my opinion, after staying in the hotel, is that 180 euros would have been a more correct price.

Just got back from a four day Honeymoon in the beautiful city of Prague. The trip was a surprise organised by my sister who I feel chose possibly the best hotel in the city. We were picked up from the airport by the hotel driver and were whisked away for the short trip to the hotel where we were welcomed by the friendly staff. The Aria's location is an ideal starting point to explore the city as everything you can want to see is within easy walking distance which is the best way to see this fine city. Overall I would say that if you have the opportunity to ever stay at this hotel please do as you will not be disappointed.

This was our first visit to Prague, and we booked the Aria via Last Minute.com. The hotel is in a great location, a nice quiet area, yet just a few minutes walk from Charles Bridge. We had a Junior suite, and it was a good standard, Decor not to my personal taste, however, but it was spotlessly clean, bed was really large & comfy. Bathroom was clean, double sinks, separate shower cubice - which was a little on the small side! Again very very clean and modern. Thought having your own in room computer with internet access, was a really great idea. A few nice touches - comp Mineral water and fruit, nice Molten Brown bath products. The Hotel Breakfast was quite good too, for a complimentary one! there was a buffet and a hot selection, cooked to order. (French toast is a real nice treat!) We ate dinner one evening at the hotel, and the standard was very good, but a little over priced we found. The staff are all really friendly and pleasant, a real credit to the Hotel. The roof terrace was lovely for a quiet afternoon drink, and so too are the Gardens, really peaceful after day in the crowds! We ate also at The golden Well's restaurant - this was superb - again pricey, but we found this to be worth it, the Scallops and John dory were excellent.
we really enjoyed our stay, and would book this hotel again, as the location was perfect.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is ideally and centrally located within a short walk from the Castle, Charles bridge and Old Town, but discreetly tucked away from the crowds. The rooms are excellent, the music theme makes a real difference (Ipods on arrival filled with a wide range of music, clever and interesting decor around the music theme, including cartoons of great musicians past and present, and live music) and the staff were warm, welcoming and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel very pleased to be staying there. The roof terrace is a real bonus, with a superb view up to the castle and out over the city. We would definitely go back and recommend it to those looking for top quality service with a difference. (PS I do not normally write reviews but the Aria deserves it).

The Aria is an excellent hotel. The rooms are a nice size, there is access to a computer and free internet in your room. It is not necessary to go to the business centre it's all right there. The service that we received went above and beyond our expectations. We have very high standards in regard to hotels and the Aria exceeded our expectations.

When we first arrived Alena welcomed us. She was very helpful offering us many ideas for things to do while visiting in Prague. She showed us around the hotel and ensured us that she would be available to help us if we required any assistance with our visit to Prague.

It turned out that we did need some assistance. My husband forgot some medication that he requires. We explained the situation to Alena and she worked very hard to resolve our problem. She was able to work with the concierge Ivana and when we arrived home from our tour on Tuesday the medication was waiting for us. These two ladies worked very hard to resolve our problem. They were aware that my husband could experience extreme pain without his medication. Because of this need the concierge Ivana was able to contact us on our tour to Cesky Krumlov to gather more details of the medication that my husband required. Ivana only knew that we were on a tour to Krumlov. We did not have a phone with us she managed to contact us through the tour operator. I must say it was a great relief to find the medication when we returned as my husband's foot had started to cause him pain.

These two ladies are truly amazing. We had a very busy itinerary in Prague with really no time to spare. They managed to help us out without any interruption to our schedule. They have been so helpful and we really appreciate how they have gone above and beyond the duties normally required of them to ensure that we would have a great vacation in Prague.

Although I have used TripAdvisor extensively in the past I have never written a review before – but I felt obliged to on this occasion given the wonderful five star experience that we had at the Aria.

From our first dealings by e-mail until we were dropped off at the airport to fly home everything was 10 out of 10 five star perfect.

As we were scheduled to arrive in Prague fairly late in the day on our wedding anniversary I decided to book the hotel transfer service and the hotel restaurant for that evening. These arrangements were dealt with in an efficient and friendly way by Daniela. On arriving at the airport the driver was waiting and we were taken to the hotel in twenty minutes in a nice black Mercedes. We were given a friendly welcome at check in and good overview of the facilities by the receptionist and porter. When we arrived at our room (the Bizet room on the Opera floor), with our hotel ipod in hand, we were greeted by a lovely anniversary cake and sparkling wine!! The room itself was very large, nicely decorated and had great facilities including free internet access on the in room computer. Additionally, it had been cleaned so well I was convinced that no one had stayed in it before. That evening we had some drinks on the hotel roof terrace and then had a wonderful meal downstairs in the restaurant Coda (the breakfasts are also great – very nice eggs benedict).

We found all of the staff to be very friendly, efficient and approachable – they could not have been more helpful. The public areas of the hotel are decorated tastefully and the gardens out the back are wonderful. The whole music theme is handled very well making the hotel just that bit different yet at the same time not being over the top.

What marks the hotel out is the remarkable attention to detail - from the staff uniforms to the amusing “Do not disturb” signs on the musical theme – everything is just right.

Location wise you should have no concerns. The hotel is two minutes walk from Charles Bridge in Mala Strana (on the Castle side of the river). I think Mala Strana is the nicest area and neither the castle nor the old town are too far away. Indeed the city centre is so compact the only reason to use the trams and or the metro is for the experience rather than out of necessity.

The only downside to the Aria is that it will be difficult if not impossible for future hotels we stay at to live up to the same standards. We will remember Prague as much for the Aria as for the Charles Bridge.

Booked the Aria after reading good reviews in Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. Staff were really friendly and helpful, beds comfy and the shower and bath excellent. The garden at the back gives great views over the whole of Prague as does the roof terrace. Very quirky musical themed rooms with an ipod provided for music in the rooms! Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant meals looked very good for a special occasion but were a bit expensive for us.
