The hotel is lovely. The staff overly accomodating, warm, and pleasant. I took my mother there for her birthday. The staff was so attentive that they noticed the birthdate on my mother's passport and sent her a loveely cake with a candle. The hotel itself, is truly special. Be it the pre-loaded iPods with fabulous music, or the incredible art located throughout, the Aria is sure to be a crowd pleaser every time.

Europe may be a continent full of "quirky" hotels but Aria stands out. My wife and I recently returned from a 12 country tour of Europe - Aria was by far our best hotel experience. Quite apart from being a great property in a good location we found the staff outstanding. All were motivated and well trained with a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.

Most hotels these days seem to be plastic copies of each other. The management team at Aria have tried to set their hotel apart fromt he crowd (especially with their in-room sound systems and music concierge). They have succeeded admirably.

We have been happy to recommend this hotel to our friends.

This was a lovely hotel. The staff made everyone feel welcome and special. They were friendly and knowlegable without being overbearing. The location was great. Walking distance to most things we wanted to do. Access to the gardens along with the rooftop restaurant with a spectacular view, made this a special oasis in a busy city. The food at the Coda restaurant was elegant and provided some of the best service we have ever experienced. It was a nice way to finish our European vacation.

Very nice place. Quiet; nice rooms with great amenities. Nice workout room which they happily opened early for me one day. Great restaurant and buffet for breakfast. The hotel is supposedly the only one in the world with a hotel theme - classic, rock, country, jazz - so if you have a preference, request a floor dedicated to one of these types of music. When you check in, they "give" you an iPod (to be returned) with 500 songs in that genre. The music library has even more if you need them. The concierge and front desk were always helpful. Near the Pragre Castle and church and not too far from the bridge to go to the more modern part of town. While you're there go to the Lobkowicz museum on the Prague castle grounds and east at their cafe - best cheeseburger and fries around (maybe because the family that owns it was exiled in the US for manyyears) and great gift shop. We highly recommend the Aria.

For our first visit to Prague we selected the Aria hotel and could not have been happier with our choice. The city is fabulous and we cannot wait to plan a return visit and will definitely stay here again. We had a full day tour on our first day and our guide told us that we chose an excellent location to stay, and we completely agreed with her assessment. The hotel is located by some of the embassies so the surrounding area is quite nice, and is well within walking distance to all of the major city attractions. We did not use public transportation once during our stay and saw all of the different city districts and major city squares by foot.

From the moment we checked in the staff was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, extremely helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making the guests feel welcomed. We felt as though the staff did their very best to anticipate your needs before you even knew you needed something. Although we didn't take advantage of it, they had quite an extensive DVD library which was available for guest use. It would have been nicer if they had slightly later hours for movie check out, and that is probably the only constructive feedback I can offer.

The rooms were very spacious, and the maid service was top notch. We loved having the separate seating area for reading in the evenings. The bathrooms are a good size and the shower heads were probably the best that we have had on any trip we've ever taken. The view from the roof top patio was lovely and I would strongly encourage guests to go to the top for the view, even if there is no interest in a meal or a drink. It's fabulous at sunset.

The hotel package that we purchased included breakfast, and we really enjoyed their breakfast selections. The pineapples in the morning are just delicious and so are the goat cheese breads. The restaurant staff was also extremely attentive, without being intrusive, which is the perfect balance.

In summary, any traveler would do very well to stay at the Aria. We found it to be another little gem in a jewel of a city.

Aria is a true delight. Each room is named after a composer, and we stayed in Bizet room. It was big and airy, VERY comfortable, with a great king bed dressed in excellent linens, live orchids on the windowsill, and at night I saw the Star-Spangled Banner from the window!

It was American flag of USA Embassy, and it was so strange and heart-warming to see it from Prague's hotel room...The sight was somewhat Kafkaesque, but I loved my room even more for that.

The concierge, Ivana, was the most helpful. She recommended great restaurants, and also she runs the CD and books library, it is incredibly rich and you can borrow books and CDs - there is a CD player in the room.

I was so impressed with this hotel hospitality, comfort and EVERYTHING - and I would go back on a heart beat. Needless to say, the city of Prague is just magic - its situation, architecture, museums, classical music, fine dining - everything was a perfection, from picture gallery to opera and symphony to superb dinners.

Unforgettable days in Prague...I wish to return soon to the city of unbearable beauty and discreet refinement.
