The swimming pool was out of service during my stay and the life too.
I think they have lots of maintainance jobs to be done.

Location is wonderful and it's a super comfortable room, and the toilet is impressed!

However the kitchen close to nothing as that's no kitchen item for u to cook. You won't even find a plate or fork which need to ask from the reception.

Not bad but you have to pay for the pool if you want to use it, it was out of order for our three day stay and we were not told on check in. Rooms nice with cooking facilities but no plates or cutlery? Bed a bit hard but this is the standard EU hotel bed. No complimentary coffee or tea in room but expensive mini bar. Rooms near the road can be noisy on the weekends. Reception staff were cold and un-friendly and when passing reception didn't say hello and were most of the time surfing the net on their phones. Breakfast was ok with a reasonable selection of foods. Parking is 25euros a day and the parking garage is 500 mtrs away. Ok for a stay if you want a good central location.

Dear Andy,
thank you very much for your feedback. I would like to apologize for the pool situation, there has been unforseen maintainance needed during your stay - it's allright now however. Cooking facilities is very popular in our hotel, but not everyone use it - this is why dish and cutlery is free on request. Next time you come to us just ask and our staff will be happy to assist you.

This time I came with my two big daughters at April 2014.All of us enjoyed the stay very much.We had a quiet spacious room at the back and the beds were very comfortable. We liked the good breakfest they served and we used the nice facilitis at our room -microwave oven, dish washer and ceramic oven- for the rest of the day.The staff was very friendly and proffesional .Mr. Martin the new manager we met was very kind and helful. I am planning to stay there next year!!!

Room Tip: The rooms at the back are very quiet but the view at the front is very nice!

We stayed here for a weekend break in Prague, and must say its a very lovely hotel.

The staff are friendly and informative and the hotel was spotless the maid cleaned the room every day with fresh towels, the air conditioning was a life saver as the weather was a very warm 32 degrees.
Tip - ask for a room at the back of the hotel very very quiet there. Breakfast was lovely along with the patio that you can sit on and admire the view of the gardens at the back of the hotel.

Easy to get to from the airport 119 bus and the metro to Mustek does the trick! plenty of shops and restaurants on the main street and only a 10 minute walk from old town square.

very impresses and plan to come back on our next visit to Prague

Room Tip: ask for a room at the back of the hotel, lovely and quiet

It was the first stop on our Eastern Europe tour. We had to carry our suitcases up a few steps & that was quite strenenuos. The rooms were good but no convenience to keep suitcases. Otherwise quite good. Staff very polte & helpful. Excellent location.

Nice hotel in centre of Prague, super location! You can easily reach all of Prague from here. Rooms are spacious and clean.
One minus, you have to pay separate for sauna and pool, which are not worth the extra money. Cold and small sauna, barely warm. Not seats or so at the pool place.
If you come before you can enter your room you can leave your luggage at the reception, but is open place where everyone will drops their luggage.....

Dear Maartje,
thank you for sharing your opinion on our hotel here. I am sorry you did not enjoy our spa, however there is a place to sit next to pool so you just probably missed it. Luggage room you mentioned is free of charge for each guest and guarded by reception staff so noone have to worry about their belongings.

We had a fantastic week-end at the hotel Julis in Prague. The location is very central, allows to go everywhere walking, and is safe, day and night. The rooms are really spacious and the staff is friendly.
The pool area is nicer for kids than for adults as there is no long chair to lay down. The sauna is simple.
Breakfast was included and is nice.

Room Tip: Rooms are really big. We took a triple and it was comfortable enough for 3 adults. you could also ha...
