“My home place in Prague forever :-)”
Reviewed 5 March 2014

I return to this hotel almost every weekend, I love the hotel features and staff. Their approach is always professional. I recommend everyone to stay here - the best food, quiet and spacious rooms, comfort, convenience, relaxation and eventual business - everything is possible here. So test the best :-)

My friends advised me to book this hotel as they had previously stayed. Well, we where not disappointed. Amazing location, friendly staff and clean and lovely executive rooms.

The restaurant is also first class and very cheap for the quality of food you receive. This hotel does not disappoint in anyway shape or form.

The only negative thing I would say is the limited English channels on the tv, but you expect that when you are away, but when we come to Prague again, we will be coming back to this hotel and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family. A true gem in a beautiful city. Well worth a trip away for a long weekend.

Excellent!!!

Just returned from 3 nights at Art Deco Imperial Hotel in Prague. I've travelled widely and always research where to stay thoroughly before booking my accommodation. So many fine reviews of this hotel convinced me to give it a try. What a marvellous hotel! A warm professional greeting as we entered the hotel. Though arriving several hours early, our room was available and what a beautiful room it was. Very comfortable King size bed, beautiful mirrors, desk, chairs, great shower/bath, gorgeous marble interior. I could go on and on and this was just a standard room! The restaurant offered the best breakfast buffet I can recall. Something for every appetite and real quality food and presentation. Speaking of the restaurant, it's the only time in all my travels, I was happy to eat in every night. The restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere. The servers were all friendly, helpful and highly professional. Each night we chose Czech dishes/wine and discovered the wonderful variety and delicious quality of food offered. Every individual we met associated with the hotel took time to be courteous and we felt very welcomed . To give an idea of their attention to detail. The last day we stayed was my wife's birthday. We hadn't mentioned it to staff. However, returning from our day walking the ancient cobbled streets of Prague, we found a beautifully presented bowel of strawberries and a chilled bottle of Champagne waiting for us. They must have picked up the date from her passport and took the time to offer such a generous gesture. That's what I call 'class'! If you are looking for some place really special to stay in Prague, your search can end here. You will be delighted by all the hotel has to offer.

Returned on Monday from a long weekend in Prague - walked over 35 miles in 3 days so take comfy shoes! Hotel beyond expectations. Definitely worth booking executive room - spotlessly clean and spacious - two toilets and sinks!! Staff couldn't do enough to help and breakfast extensive choice of food. Booked hotel's limousine to pick up and drop off at airport - well worth it - seamless transfers. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious break away. Michelle & Alistair

We recently stayed here for four nights and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. Our room was luxurious and spotlessly clean (we requested the windows to be opened for some fresh air but on reflection this meant that we could here all the traffic noise so probably best to use the air con instead). All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly...nothing was too much trouble, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. What a superb breakfast buffet...this kept us going most of the day, and the prices for lunch and dinner were very reasonable. We will definitely return to Prague but next time for longer and most certainly to this hotel. Prague is such a beautiful city with so much to see and experience. I recommend a visit to the National Marionette Theatre, such a memorable performance of Don Giovanni ( even if you are not an opera fan!) Can't wait to return, this is one of most memorable city breaks ever!

Room Tip: Choose a room on one of the higher floors, and preferably not at the front of the hotel, better view...

What a wonderful experience we have just enjoyed in this beautiful hotel! The rooms are regal! Our room had double panelled doors and definitely had the wow factor with marble fittings and speakers from the sound system in the bathroom, a huge and extremely comfortable bed and ceiling to floor windows with draped silk curtains. Fabulous breakfast in the Imperial cafe and good location too. A memorable experience which complemented our short break to this historic and elegant city.
