“Fantastic experience in a fantastic hotel in a beautiful city”

The hotel was everything you could have wished for. The staff were excellent from being greeted at the reception to the dining room and bar staff. The rooms were well appointed very clean and well maintained. There was nothing too much trouble. A very enjoyable experience we will be back.

My husband and I visited Prague and spent two nights here. Never before have we experienced service like it, the staff were so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The meals we ate in the restaurant were gorgeous. The breakfast was fresh and there was a great selection. Our evening meal was exceptional! Would recommend the hotel AND the restaurant to anyone visiting Prague!

We stayed 3 nights. Super location, can walk everywhere in 15 mins with google maps in hand. The concierge - awesome! They arranged tours, dinners, taxis, everything! They even arranged a booking on short notice at restaurants like Bellevue. There is a LIDL 2 mins away. Very convenient. We didn't use the steam/sauna but they do have one. Very helpful staff. If you have the option to upgrade your room, you should do so. The bigger ones are so much better!

Great hotel - lovely location, awesome breakfast, helpful staff. Right in the centre of Prague, a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square. Cannot recommend highly enough - booked as a package through BA so well worth it.

Just got back from a short city break in Prague and should like to recommend this hotel to others. It's ideally situated, being a short walk to the Old Town Square and not far from the large indoor shopping centre. The decor of the hotel was amazing, as was our first floor room (113) and although we could just hear the passing trams, never the less this sort of added to and did not detract from our stay. The buffet style breakfast was amazing......so much choice and ample enough to keep you going through the day! We had a meal in the restaurant and this was of an excellent quality and not too pricey. The restaurant decor was fantastic as was the ambience during our meal. The staff were helpful and friendly and if I should return to Prague in the future, this will be the hotel for me! Well done Art Deco Imperial!!!

I was attracted by the good reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor and was not disappointed. Nice staff, lovely decor and furniture, very comfortable bed, very clean throughout and very well maintained. The hotel is only a few minutes away on foot from the main attractions in the old town and there are some good restaurants nearby, plus some handy shops on Na Porici for essential supplies. The noise from the trams has been mentioned. However, there are several more good quality hotels along Na Porici and they face the same tramlines. There's little to be done about that and once you've got used to the rumble starting up early in the morning, it isn't really a problem. The thing which did surprise us was the breakfast service. A lovely selection of food, particularly the excellent bread, but take a tip and if there are two of you at your table, don't go to the buffet at the same time as the table is quite likely to be cleared before you return! It's nice to have things cleared briskly but this was a little too enthusiastic and we had to ask for the table to be re-set and get fresh coffee! Otherwise, though, a very good hotel.

Room Tip: I don't think the trams are that much of a problem. They do add to the atmosphere of the place...
