We were so impressed with the beauty of this hotel building and the high level of service. It was one of the most luxurious hotels we have experienced. The bathrooms are amazing. The breakfast were delicious.

Beautiful old hotel located a couple blocks from everything. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and the nicest innkeepers at the front desk. Arrived early and they stored our luggage. Had a wonderful breakfast buffet style at the hotel restaurant. If you don,t stay here, check out the tile work in the restaurant. Grocery store 2 blocks away and lots of restaurants wiThin walking distance.highly recommend!

Staying here was part of a surprise honeymoon sprung on me and my husband by his parents who not only recommended this place but booked it all for us too.
Well, what can I say, this truly was the best hotel I have stayed in for as long as I can remember and I have yet to see much to match it since!

Service was exceptional with the hotel staff being able to give us a great introduction to Prague and wonderful advice on where to go and what to do. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was made to look seamless.

The décor was simply fantastic and really made you feel a world away from the daily grind which helped us to relax and enjoy our time there. The rooms were a good size, clean and very well kept. This place has everything you could possibly want in a hotel.

We are looking forward to staying here again!

My husband and I stayed for a week in March and had a wonderful experience. We found the Executive Room that we upgraded to comfortable, clean and surprisingly spacious. It was a great mix of old-fashioned elegance and modern amenities. The staff was exceptional - friendly, approachable, helpful, with a wealth of information about the city. Breakfast was consistently delicious. We absolutely recommend this hotel and we can't wait to return.

Room Tip: Upgrade your Deluxe Room to an Executive Room - it's worth it.

We staid for three nights as part of a package tour and were very happy with the hotel; it certainly exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful and the concierge had good advice. It was encouraging that when we found a terrific restaurant off the beaten path and recommended it that the concierge said they would have to visit before advising other guests to go. The rooms are nice but not not extravagant. The restaurant is beautiful. We only had breakfast, which was varied and high quality, but others on the tour ate dinner and only had good things to say. Did I mention it was beautiful? This is where the Art Deco gods went crazy -- in a good way.

If you like historical architecture and art, you will love this hotel. It is gorgeous and unique. This hotel is walking distance to just about everything, but it is considerable walking. My husband and I are very fit, so the walking wasn't an issue. The hotel is located a few blocks outside the center of old town and all the touristy sights, near the train station and adjacent to some dicey areas on one side. It was quiet though, the beds were super comfortable. The decor is beautiful. Rooms are small, but not unusually small for authentic European buildings. The staff will help you with anything you need/want, speak English very well. Breakfast was amazing! Coffee and restaurant service and food, amazing. We have visited many European cities (Amsterdam, London, Paris, Bruge, Cologne, Vienna, Salzburg, Heidleburg, Lucerne...) and Prague was my favorite. People there were friendly and helpful but BE careful on subway. Always, always, always make sure your train tickets are punched and dated or buy the day passes. We got pushed through a busy station after paying for a ticket, jumped on without getting punched and found the police rounding up TOURISTS at the next stop checking tickets. They take you straight to an ATM to pay your fine. Felt a little Mexican mafia to me, but it was the only rough patch of our visit.

Room Tip: Entire hotel is pretty quiet.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our visit. The room was good and the breakfast to a good standard. Great value for money and well situated within easy walk of everything. The concierge service was very good and the general attitude of all staff was excellent throughout.
