You cannot go wrong with this hotel.
Great location to allow you to walk to all of the points of interest from the castle to the main square. Friendly staff who are extremely helpful from the minute you arrive to departure, clean rooms and bigger than it looks.
Good breakfast - don't be afraid to ask if things have run out.

Room tip: All are good

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You are within walking distance of all the main attractions.
The room was cosy enough but we had two single beds that could not be pushed together, even though we had booked a double bed. They were also super short beds so my husband's feet were over the edge, even though he's no more than 6ft.
The usual rule of giving your key to the front desk whenever you left would have been fine, if you didn't have to wait so long to get it back when you returned. If they were dealing with someone else, you could often have to wait a long time before they got your key for you.
The walls were very thin too, so you could hear everything going on in the other rooms.

The hotel is right I the heart of everything. Tram 22 was only 5 minute walk and the main tourist areas a quick 5 minute walk in any direction.

Staff we friendly enough. Always willing to answer any question regardless of how silly it was.

Breakfast was good. A variety of hot and cold food options were available.

My room was quite noisy, with a Chinese restaurant kitchen below.

Stayed here for two nights.
We stayed in room 202 which was pretty fine compared to price. Have ordered a double bed but got twin. At check in the receptionist made mistake about our name and I almost had to pay again since she said no payment was done. But it all worked out and she found the right name after I asked if she was sure it was the right name she was looking at.
Didn’t like the breakfast. Room was old fashion which I kinda like, and bathroom was great too. All in all a good place to that price. Easy to get around Prague by walk.

Good things first. Location, excellent.Wifi in rooms very good. Sorry but it stops there. On arrival receptionist took her time and then looked at us as if we were aliens when we told her we wanted to pay there and then in cash.Direct us to the two child lift which took us up three flights of stairs. First floor is on second flight so back down the stairs?. Rooms very dated but clean. No vents only to open windows. Beds like rocks. Tv with hundreds of channels but non english except aljezzera or Chinese news, great.Tiny room for breakfast. Stale bread and a broken toaster only heating on one side.Scrambled eggs black from heating and reheating.Sachet coffee of which two were in room on first day and non after. From 5.30 in morning the coming and going of staff and kitchen noise was clearly audible in bedroom. In the ensuite the toilet is raised on a step with sharp tile edges. This is lethal. I fell from it bendiing the towel rail opposite in my fall. Also no heat in there. Shower was no more than a drizzle and hard to regulate. This hotel has the basics but with a little bit of respect for its customers needs it could be up there with best

Room tip: Go somewhere else.
