Room and bathroom very spacious, clean (although bins were never emptied during 3 night stay), comfortable, and sufficient cupoards for clothes. Full breakfast included in room rate was
very good.
Position was excellent, on the river by the Jewish Quarter, 10 min walk from Astronomical clock.
However, It was as though they ran out of money when fitting out the room. No bedside lamps (even on repeated requests), curtains weren't quite wide enough, not even a glass in bathroom for toothbrushes etc, and no coffee/tea facilities in room. A kettle and mugs were provided on request with limited ingredients that were never replenished.
Air conditioning seemed to be a afn that was unaffected by conrols and didn't seem to really cool the room.

Recently spent 3 nights at this hotel on a journey across Europe. The best bit is the location - right by the river. Unfortunately, although it has tea making facilities within the rooms they are not replenished, so pack some. Breakfast had a reasonable choice but on two mornings they ran out of cutlery and crockery, staff also seemed uninterested. Shame really as the hotel appears to be very popular.

Room Tip: Ask for front or river view.

The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing, at walking distance from Old Town square (Stare Mesto), and also at walking distance (even when carrying luggage) from Metro stop Staroměstská. Metro will take you anywhere you want in the city, and also from the airport you can take bus 119 or AE which stops at metro stop Dejvická and with the same ticket you can take the metro from there to Staroměstská, so there is no need for taxi. In addition, due to the hotel's location, the way to Old Town Square goes through Pařížská street, one of the best streets of Prague with Art Noveau buildings and luxurious shops. For the Prague Castle, take metro from Staroměstská for one stop (Malostranská) and then tram 8, 12 or 18 for one stop, this will save you some energy that you will need to walk all the way up to the castle entrance.
As far as the hotel itself is concerned, everything was great. The room was very spacy with a gorgeous view of Vltava river. The bathroom was very big and practical as well, there were two sinks with a big mirror, and there was both bathtub and shower. The room was very clean and soundproof. There is free wifi connection available. Breakfast was also very satisfactory, plenty of choices and quite delicious ones actually. No problem at all with the online booking or with paying by card. Staff was polite and helpful.
The only disadvantage I found was that a bottle of water from the bar at the ground floor was very overpriced (around 5 €). Expensive water is generally a problem in Prague but I think this price was too much for the hotel bar.
To sum up, in this hotel one can find a slice of 5-star luxury experience at a relatively low and affordable price and at a very practical location. I would definetely recommend it.

Room Tip: Choose a room at one of the northern corners of the building and you will enjoy a spectacular view o...

Just ok. Nothing more, nothing less. Breakfast ok, but we had to wait and Ask for cutlery every day witch got a bit Annoying after 5 days. Receptionservice; absolutely nothing more than the least you could expect from a 5 star hotel. Most positive I have to say about this hotel were the greeters/lobbymen. They were really nice, funny, and offered service out if the ordinary. I'd recomend aking them instead of the receptionists...

Stayed here for the Easter weekend and truly enjoyed the good service, the nice rooms and the perfect location. A given choice for my next time in Prague.

I had a great view of the castle and the river so a big tip is to ask for a room with a view.

As the hotel is located right in the city center, all the attractions of Prague are close by and the friendly staff gives good advice on how to find the "off the track" places that are less touristic.

Very good breakfast, spacious rooms with comfy beds and free wifi. Location is perfect in the middle of everything you want to see in Prague. Staff was friendly and helpful aswell. However, I would certainly not rate it a 5 star hotel.
