We spent 3 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The building and common areas are very stylish - art deco on the outside and very clean and modern inside - the breakfast area is wonderful - as is the breakfast itself. Rooms are modern - not large but furnished in a practical way - comfortable beds and small but modern and clean bathrooms. Staff were very helpful at both front desk and the porters. There are two free internet terminals in the comon area. Location is good - not right in the tourist area but a short walk to the main town square and similar in another direction for shopping. Some nice restaurants, pubs etc nearby. I would also mention to large Municipal town hall - in Baroque style I think - which seems to have regular and inexpensive concernts most nights - just down the road. Overall a very good place to stay when visiting Prague.

My husband & I traveled to Prague to visit our son who was doing a semester abroad. The hotel is conveniently located just off Old Town Square and within walking distance of New Town & the metro. The accomadations were excellant and the buffet breakfast offered everything from mimosas to bagel and cream cheese. the staff were all very polite and helpfu. We would highly recommend the hotel.

I decided to take a break with my wife and to go to Prague, a city I had visited for the day on serveral occasions but for business. I wanted a hotel with charm, centrally located and quiet.
After some research I booked 2 nights at the K+K Hotel Central via Hotel.com. This was not a disappointed. If you like Art Nouveau, you will enjoy and discover this hotel. Go around the hotel, look at the old eleverator although modernized, it still has its old ironwork. Our room was of medium size on the last floor but had an excellent small bathroom with the usual facilties. We slept very well.
The breakfast is served in an old sort of theather room very well modernized. FA-BU-LOUS breakfast buffet. It is included in the room you book.

What to do in Prague? Walk and walk again, and visit the museums (Kafka, Mucha), the Jewish Cimetery which is very moving.

If you are hungry or thirsty when you arrive, go to the Café Imperial. It is a short walk from the hotel. Again great architecture.

There are so many places where you can eat. Just check the price list. Some do unfortunately have prices closer to London or Paris. Go to cafes as well. For a cup of coffee with or without some pastry...

We booked a limousine via the hotel to go to the airport. Paid with credit card and the equivalent of € 3 more expensive then the taxi we took from the airport to the hotel. The car and the driver were first class.

K+K Hotel Central is one of the best examples of Art Nouveau buildings in Prague. And it's also a hotel! It's been recently renovated so it has all the modern conveniences as well as feeling like you're in a historical site.

It's also a good value. Our room was rather small and our bed was a bit short (my partner is 6'4" so his feet dangled over the edge). But it was really clean, sleek, and had a spacious modern bathroom.

Their breakfast was quite a treat, located in the magnificent former auditorium. Great location also! The hotel is located in the heart of Old Town, walking distance from the main sites and the train stations. The service was attentive, friendly, and efficient. All in all, a great choice for a romantic trip to Prague.

We were transferred to the hotel from the K & K Fenix hotel upon check in because of a leaky roof following heavy rain. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is beautiful, it combines contemporary furniture with beautiful original features in the building, the lift and restaurant are particularly stunning. It is a short walk to the old town square, all of the staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Breakfast was a buffet, it was included in the room rate and was very tasty. It was good value, you could even have champagne with your breakfast every day at no extra charge. We would definitely return here.
