I was living in Prague and rent one night in this hotel to enjoy the amazing spa in this hotel, The sap is WOW but the room wasn't so beautiful with smell of smoke... Anyway, If you are in Prague for tourism so just keep away from this area and try hard to get hotel in Prague 1 and city center specially...

We went in Prague for a night event at O2 arena, the hotel it's just behind and it's a good spot for night but maybe more. Rooms were quite comfortable but the bathroom was not so good and spacious. Anyway a very good balance between price and service.

We stayed in this hotel Sep 2013. In no way it is not a 4* hotel, compared to western standards it could have not more then 2* if you close both eyes J.

Rooms:
Rooms are very small, but quite modern equipment. Bathroom was also OK. They were also clean, but do not look of the cupboard, or under the beds there are a lot of dust. Rooms are not very well protected from noise, even we were not on the road site. You could hear the neighbors also.

Location:
You have to walk about 15 minutes to the nearest Sub station ''PALMOVKA''. The walk is not so nice (seems even not so save in the night). As we arrived with a car it was also quite hard to find even with a GPS. Could be closer to the public transports.

Staff:
The reception staff was quite friendly but not professional. Could be more trained.

Restaurant & Breakfast:
A complete disaster! Well, first night we went for a dinner to their Galeria Praha restaurant, as they flyers in the elevators looked very nice. Well, the ambient is awful; you sitting in the breakfast room which looks very old. The waiters completely unprofessional, even not very kind or friendly. The all you can eat offer is a joke, food looked very cheap and distastefully. So we went to the a la carte offer (I think we were the only one there, there were only few guests). The food was quite pricey compared to local prices, and completely overpriced compared to the quality. Main dishes starts at about 200-350 (+side dish). The food was completely tasteless; I have also a roasted chicken breast, which was tough and dry. It is a horrible and also OVERPRICED for the quality offered, would not go there the second time even for free!

The breakfast was also a good joke. We came there at about 8:30 and there were a lot of food already eaten, but not refilled. But the worst, at the whole breakfast room there was no pastry; they even not refilled it since the time we were there (about 30 minutes). There was also no waiter to ask for it... a lot of people complained about it.

After this experience with the food we were.

Well, the only PROS of this hotel are its price and also location close to the expo center, which was the main reason we stayed there.

Next time would probably stay somewhere else.

Room Tip: Do not chose rooms to the street side, they are very noisy.

One of the worst hotels I ever visited. The rooms are tinny, there's no Wifi and they'll charge you for the usage in the room. The breakfast is absolutely awful, the food is not arable. The noise in the evening is overwhelming, you won't get any peace and quiet. It was full of teenage kids on the school trips and the hotel staff couldn't care less when I complained at 1:30am about the noise. The hole is situated far from the city centre.

I went here with my friends on excursion. We were here and we went to Budapest as well, and this hotel is way much better than the one in Budapest. The food was excellent, you had a great choice. Not to mention the water which was cristal clear. It was very clean. The service is friendly. A very special hello for Yuri, the hotel security, waiter and whatever he does more... He is a great man! Then, it is away from the city centre, about 15 minutes by bus. There's a metro station about 200m from the hotel. You have a bar, where you can drink beer, where you can play bowling, but you have to pay about 10 euros. You have a pool, you pay 4 euros for an hour (you pay 10 euros in deposit, but they give you back the money when you finish), you can play billiards, tennis, table tennis... You have everything in your room, a wide LCD TV, which is free to watch, you have a mini-bar, you can't smoke in your room. All in all, I will never forget it!

Room Tip: Choose the upper floors if you travel alone, because excursions make a lot of noise. :)

Quite nice hotel to stay while visiting Prague.
Breakfasts quite tasty (seems the same soup may defer each day though:), rooms cozy and after exhausting sightseing there are many places you can relax (pools, sauna, golf, tennis, squash etc. We tried squash and the court was fine, raquets so so but if you played at least once before better to take your own balls since they have quite old one to borrow.
The wireless is free in reception but you need to pay for it in the rooms (not that expensive thouh).
The access to the subway station (going to old town) is fine and takes about 10 min by walk.

Room Tip: Don't think it matter. All should be pretty much fine.
