The Power Tower is one of the original city gates which defended the city in Medieval times. It was built in 1475 on the site of an earlier 11th C tower. Today it sits at a busy road junction at the entrance to the main shopping streets leading into the city. In summer it is open from 10am-10pm, entry is just 90czk. There's a couple of small exhibitions halls as you walk up the narrow stairs. The viewing area 44m above the street is pretty cramped. Gunpowder was stored here in the 17th C.

Another nice tower in the center of Prague, it is near the palladium shopping mall. It has some nice golg figures on it and you can pass below the tower.

Located at the far end of Celetna Street is this viewing tower. It was 186 spiralling steps that climbed up sixty-five metres to the top platform. There was meant to be an exhibit on Prague's medieval towers but unfortunately it had been replaced.
This tower offered a different perspective being towards this end of the old town. It was more of a cityscape view. We did get to see the main train station and the climbing babies on the Zizkov Tower.
Headed back down thankful that no one was coming up because it was very steep and narrow. Because we had done the Charles Bridge Towers and the Old Town Hall Tower this one is unnecessary.

First, you have to run up some steep stairs. This is fun. Then, you get a great view on the town. You can take several beautiful pictures. You can still find a hill of powder in there.

To get to the top of the tower are winded stairs which you'll be tired after climbing, but to get to the top is great. It's a lovely view to look upon prague. It's not crowded at the top unlike the astronomical clock tower.
