“Great glassware!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 October 2013

This conveniently located shop promoted primarily Czech glassware which is as good as we have seen anywhere in the world. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff ensured the addition of several kilos to our luggage! A must see!

“Huge Store, lots of variety”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 July 2013

The Erpet Crystal shop on the Prague old town square is probably the largest glass shop in Prague. They sell Bohemia cut crystal, jewelry, figurines, Moser fine crystal, porcelain, and souviners. You can buy low end (but good quality) glasses and dishes all the way to the high end Moser crystal items, plus Garnet jewelry, porcelain figurines, and souvenirs. It takes a good half an hour just to browse through the entire store, and if you want to look more closely, plan for an hour. There are usually 10-15 salesclerks in the stores to help customers, if that gives you an idea of the scope and size.

“A lovely experience!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 June 2013

When you go to a big shop like this you often get hassled by the staff. Here this did not happen, thy were friendly and willing to let you browse in peace only interacting when requested. However this is not to say that it was hard to get attention and service.

Great range and prices from inexpensive to expensive - something for everyone.

“Good location, quality, and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 March 2013

Located right at the corner from Old Town Sq to Charles Bridge, one definitely cannot miss this store. They have a broad selection of basic crystal stuff, from generic Moser collection, Preciosa jewellery, to non-branded and cheaper crystal souvenirs. With comfortable sofas, complimentary hot and cold drinks, helpful but not pushy sales, this is a much better place to shop than the other small stores in the area, with annoying salespeople and crowded merchandise. BTW they have several sales that speak Japanese, and there were a lot of Japanese customers, maybe brought over by travel agencies.
