“Tastiest beef goulash”
Reviewed 2 March 2014

We came here twice thanks to the really good soup, the reasonable prices and the cozy atmosphere. We had other meals too from here and thought it was tastier than a lot of other places. Had a moment when I thought the bread brought with the appetizers was gonna be extra charge, but I was pleasantly surprised to see no tourist traps here.

“Just delicious”
Reviewed 23 February 2014 via mobile

This restaurant can be found in the center of the city. What is great, that it has separate place for smokers and non-smokers.
The ambiance and service are very nice. Food isn't that expensive, but therefore delicious. You wait a bit longer, but is really fresh.
Tip: roasted duck with cabbage and dumplings and naturally beer (app. 12 eur)

“Reasonable”
Reviewed 12 February 2014

The food here was tasty enough and reasonably priced. Nothing particularly special but on the up side no "tourist trap" prices or hidden fees - so everything was ok overall. The service was quite good, although the waiter was probably a bit cheeky when he told us the charge "including tip" when he gave us the bill (Wanted about 12%)

“Very nice place”
Reviewed 8 January 2014

This is one of the best places to have lunch/dinner in Prague. Maybe the service could be better but the taste of the food makes you to forget any problem with service. Portions are big, beer is wonderful. Try specialties and you won't regret!

“Pretty good place to eat in the center”
Reviewed 4 January 2014 via mobile

Traditional soups in bread are good here, and for reasonable price, not like in tourist traps around. Also the main dishes were good enough. Nothing exceptional, but just good traditional food for reasonable prices in the center. Nothing was added to the bill, everything was fair. One of the previous comments mentioned double-tip - I think he got it wrong. 21% is VAT, not tip. It was included, as everywhere. And 10% is a customary tip in Czech Republic, but it was NOT included automatically - the waitress just mentioned "Tip is not included, please keep that in mind". At least in our case it was like this...
