location great, although parking garages were a few blocks away.
staff was very helpful and friendly

Berlin apartment (first floor behind the front desk) was nice, but loud - you can hear people at the front desk / lobby.

overall a great value

The Retzova is a beautiful, quiet, and perfectly located residence hotel. The rooms are really spacious, elegantly appointed, and comfortable. There are only three floors and a few large apartments, so it's uncrowded. The staff are all welcoming, friendly, and always provided great advice on local shops and restaurants. One of the best features is being in a quiet dead end street, just off the busy tourist district. You sleep peacefully just a block from restaurants, clubs, shops and historic attractions. This one is a definite repeat visit.

This charming hotel was in a wonderful location and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. Prague is a very walkable city anyway, but this location was very central to all of the usual tourist attractions and public transportation for those who don't like walking. Having a small kitchen was a plus as the food in Prague is nothing to write home about. We stayed in the Madrid Suite. The room was huge, the bathroom a decent size but the only problem was that you could hear every footstep from the room above. Also, the bed could use an upgrade but it was comfortable enough. All in all, highly recommend.

My work colleague and I rented one of the larger apartments (Roma) to do some work with local colleagues. The room was really beautiful, also very clean and well-appointed.

We were delighted with all aspects of the hotel, particularly one of the people at the front desk who was extremely customer-service oriented. We were trying to use the hotel internet access for work purposes all day, with four people, which was rather beyond the capabilities of the hotel's broadband or wifi, but she worked very hard to try to sort out the situation for us. We really appreciated her efforts.

The location can't be better - very near the Charles Bridge and right in the heart of the Old Town, yet on a side street. The bedrooms are off the street and quite quiet, at least in this apartment.

All in all, a wonderful place and I would recommend it anyone who is going to Prague.

Very little to add to previous reviews. Definitely a great place to spend your days in Prague. Right in the centre of Prague but still in a very quiet side street. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff was helpful in all we asked...... car rental, tours and restaurants. It is obviously a well run business with real service with a smile. We split the stay in two of the suites and both were equally good. For breakfast the Ebel Cafe adjoining the hotel is an ideal place to start the day. Full marks!!
