“Everything is great!”
Reviewed 20 June 2014 via mobile

The location is great, just in the center of old town(nearby main square). Service is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. We stayed at a mezzanine floor room, which is spacious but kind of tiring going up and down. The breakfast is fine.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. After a few walk, you can find yourself in front of astronomical clock or the houses with interesting paintings, especially the one where Kafka lived. We stayed in a top-level room which is duplex and the room was very well designed. Because of the lack of variety, the breakfast couldn’t be defined as “the best”, but it was enough to say "good". In terms of reception, not all but some of the staff were very kind and helpful. Adam was one of them, we just asked him how we could go to Terezin and then he printed all related documents – timetables, explained the route deeply. I can say in short words “we definitely recommend the hotel !!!”.

Room Tip: top-level-duplex rooms are fine

Stayed here January (sorry it's a late posting. Been busy) we also stayed here 2 years ago. I can't fault this hotel. Boutique. Lovely rooms. Lovely staff. Very central location. For an extra cost they pick you up from the airport. Wine or champagne in your room and they organise dinner at a very good restaurant, all included in the price PAY IT. It was worth the extra. Ps as you come out the hotel go straight ahead, to the left a little bit and you will come to the most amazing cocktail bar called books and (can't remember, it might be piano). Enjoy!!

Room Tip: Ask for a room that faces the clock. You can then look out onto the square. Ours had a window seat

Stayed in this hotel with parents in May 2014.

The check in process was quick and the reception was very helpful. The Hotel is located right in the center of the city, the place where you want to be in Prague so that you could walk everywhere around town. This is a boutique hotel with personal touch.

As other buildings in Prague, the hotel building was old. The rooms are big and fresh with all amenities you need. Breakfast is excellent.

My dad had an accident in his room but Adam, the reception, was very kind and helpful calling for a taxi and he himself accompanied us to a nearby hospital. He made sure we were treated well and spoke to the doctors in local language. Ms Renata, the General Manager and Director also came to the hospital making sure we were treated well. She also personally accompanied us whenever we are in a common area in the Hotel for a couple of nights.

The personal touch makes this hotel different. Would be back in Prague and would be back to this hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was fabulous! From picking us up at the airport, to booking opera tickets, to giving advice on where to eat - every detail was perfect. The included breakfast couldn't have been better- so much selection and very fresh. The rooms were so comfortable, and the hotel's location is amazing. The staff, especially Patrick, were so kind and helpful. Would certainly stay here again anytime we're in Prague!

Room Tip: Loved the rooms on the upper level with loft!

the hotel is strategically located next to the Old Town Square, very clean and recently renewed.
I don't know what are the standards in Prague to become a 5 star hotel, but in Spain this would be a 4 star hotel.
Having sad that, what you pay is worth of becuse the best asset this hotel has is the team, their employees. They are extemely helpfull.
Breakfast was quite good, despite they did not have frash orange juice.
Good quality wifi in all the hotel.

Located right in the middle of the old town, this property has a prime location indeed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Transport from and to the airport was easily arranged and the provided drivers were also very friendly and courteous.
The room was very clean and offered all necessary amenities, including two bottles complimentary mineral water each day. If you have a room on the top floor though be aware that they have staircases built in (bedroom and bathroom are sort of on the second floor of the room) and that due to the rooftop location you do not really have access to any windows.
