We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The price/quality ratio is unbeatable. The location so close to the old town square is without a doubt the best in Prague. The room we stayed in( #35) offered superb views of the square ,the old town hall and Tyn Church. The room itself was delightful(and surprisingly soundproof despite its proximity to the square).Be sure, also, to take advantage of of the helpful staff who graciously recommended restaurants(all excellent suggestions) secured reservations and arranged transportation. The breakfast offered at the hotel(a wide assortment of fresh fruits juices coffee cereals fine cheeses yogurt croissants breads eggs bacon and deli meats) was first class(complete with an offering of champagne and orange juice!).We also enjoyed our complementary ice coffee with whipped cream each afternoon on our return to the hotel. We count our five nights at the hotel as among the highlites of our visit to this magnificant city.P.S. Be forewarned that you will be disappointed at whatever hotel you stay in next after experiencing the Ventana Hotel.

Everything was excelent, and the price was not as it should have been. We had a Junior Suite and found that we got much more for the price we paid. The service is very nice, all the people working there are helpul and kind. The location is more than perfect. When I go back to Prague will definetly stay there.

We stayed in the Ventana hotel for one night and liked it so much we came back again a few days later. It is lovely, right in the center of Prague. We were literally within spitting distance of the cathedral. Many of the major sites are within walking distance and the location on Old Town Square couldn't be better. The free breakfast was really good, with smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, all kinds of fruits and pastries, champagne if you wanted, and excellent coffee. And all of the people that worked there were super nice and helpful. Room quiet, clean, very comfortable, nice big fluffy pillows. Really worth the money as it's not too expensive by European standards.

we stayed here not as a first choice but we were very glad of it. The location was perfect in the old town, meaning everything was within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful in fact they couldnt do enough for you. The breakfast buffet was filling enough to sustain you for the rest of the day. Definetly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is best placed. This was our second visit to this hotel and we will be back again.
The staff is very helpfully, the food is great the view from the rooms is fabulous (just pick the right one :)). We found the hotel to be stylish (for our taste :)).
The price went up since last year but it was again worth every euro we paid.
True 5 stars hotel in my opinion.
