Hello, we just spent a great day in the hotel Alchymist. I must say that absolutely clean, great beds, matracess, I would stay much longer if I could. Staff very friendly, they served us free champagne. The rooms were absolurelly clean, furniture makes only feel like you live in a castle. Only some channel from the internet did not work so well. Otherwise great kitchen, only breakfast compared to the price of the suite could be much better> I would suggest fresh juices, better marmelade or cheeses. Otherwise I must say we would love to come again, it is a hotel with great atmosphere and history. Thanks a lot to Filip who took care of us, also Mrs. Martina from reception was very nice. Definitelly worth seeing and experiencing.....

There are at least three Alchymist Hotels in Prague, so be careful the one you reserve. Our travel agent mistakenly reserved the Alchymist Nosticova Palace for us when we really wanted the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa. We checked into the Nosticova Palace, but didn't believe we were in the right place. We unpacked and had to quickly leave to meet friends for dinner. Following dinner, we requested a move to the Grand Hotel and Spa, and the staff at both properties could not have been more accommodating. They allowed us to move that night without charge although we'd already dirtied a room in the Nosticova Palace. They paid for a taxi to move our luggage, and greeted us with glasses of champagne upon our arrival at the Grand Hotel and Spa. The facilities are lovely. The spa is one of the nicest we've seen. Breakfast each morning had plenty of selections (try the fresh fruit cups) and the complimentary wine and cheese each evening was a welcome break from full days of touring. Reasonably priced considering the services and a great location. The only negative was the moldy shower curtain. Otherwise, a great experience.

Room Tip: Room 314 was very nice.

Our stay at the Alchymist was amazing. Couldnt fault the place. The hotel is stunning, beautiful decor, rooms fabulous, made you feel like a Princess.
Food and drinks fantastic - staff wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. Visiting here is a must, you will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: If you manage to upgrade you will not be disappointed. Bedroom, bathroom and accommodation is just stunning and big.
