- no hot breakfast
- same breakfast every day
- room did stink like a church (you need to smell it to understand :) )
- gave us (married couple) room with separate beds, had to switch rooms
- light sensors on corridors too far away from each other on very short switch, were walking in the dark on the stairs
- not worth the money (60 EUR per night incl. "breakfast")

+ nice bathroom
+ despite the smell the room was clean
+ location (5 minutes walk from metro station + outstanding restaurant only few steps away)
+ night receptionist was very helpful

Stayed three night with my girlfriend during our long weekend in Prague. Lets start with the positives. Hotel is conveniently located, its just few minutes walk from Namesti Miru (metro A), or about 15 minutes to the city centre. Very quiet location, all rooms we have seen were inside the house block so no noise from outside. Cleanliness without any complaints, large bathroom with bathtub. As with every cheap establishment there are always a few downsides - first of all, when entering the hotel you need to buzz the door and then wait for the receptionist to unlock the door. Not great if one is coming back home late at night - buzzes the door and no one is answering (to be honest - receptionist apologized and it did not take longer than maybe a minute, but still - its should be a hotel!) One of the beds was broken and squeaky a bit. Wanted to buy some wine and mineral water from the reception. They had one (literally ONE) bottle of red wine there - and it was not a good one. Want to watch TV (not that we wanted)? - well, go to the reception and ask for the remote control. Breakfast was the same for three days - two types of cereals, plain yoghurt, some ham/cheese cuts, butter, toasts... No fruit (apart from terribly looking uncut apples). While the review may sound a bit pessimistic we had a good stay in Prague (anyway - we weren't there for the hotel) as this hotel is a good starting point due to its location.

Central location, clean and friendly service. Breakfast is simple, Parking not for free. The roomm and bath are clean. The price is moderate. Not for people who would like to spend more than the night in the Hotel. Just for Sleep.

A good choice for Prague, but you do have a slightly longer walk to get into town. This is compensated for by being in a nice part of town with good bars and restaurants, and few tourists. Prague is expensive so this is a reasonably priced hotel compared to others.

I've stayed here two times now. My room this time was super quiet, clean, and adequate. The bed is extremely firm - too firm? The pillows are lumpy. Bring your own shampoo because the hotel only gives you two postage stamp sized soaps. There is a shower, but it's one of those telephone style phones that you have to hold to spray yourself. My room definitely smelled of old cigarette smoke but it didn't bother me too much. The breakfast is really not very good. The coffee is seriously lacking. The wife is open, but I could only get it when I sat in the tiny lobby. It was not available in my room.
Having said all those negative things - it's still a good economy choice and like I said it's very clean. It's also very close to two metro stops - just 10 minute walk. There is a nice little shopping center across the street that has a great coffee shop with free wifi. The area around the hotel is nice with a park nearby.

This hotel is inexpensive and not a far walk from the train station and Wenceslas square. I thought the rooms were very clean (except minor stains on the carpet). The wireless was spotty in my room. I stayed in the lobby to connect. The breakfast was included. It was nothing fancy, but I usually prefer to just have yogurt and muesli, so it was fine. The staff was nice and it was an inexpensive and comfortable place. I would go back there.

Stayed in hotel Claris, it was good for the value, the rooms are clean, bathrooms spacious, the receptionist VERY helpful, location - very close to subway and center of town. The hotel has two locations - the "other' location in Rimska Street (two blocks away) had very nice and spacious room - better than Claris! The only thing is that you have to walk to Claris to have breakfast. The telephone system in the room did not work, other than that - good for the value!
