Reviewed 20 February 2014 via mobile

My stay in Prague was most memorable, thanks largely to the most hospitable, friendly and generous staff at the Kampa Gardens.
The hotel was very nice, great location, reasonably priced, but what stood out without doubt was the incredible service offered.
I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to base yourself whilst in Prague.
I will return to Prague one day and wouldn't hesitate to return to this establishment.

Regards,

Julian

This hotel is good from every point of view. On the one hand it is situated in the secluded area, quiet place ( no noisy tramways) with Chertovka canal and park just near the hotel, but on the other hand it is a stone's throw from the most famous places of interest, cafes and souvenir shops in Prague.
Delicious breakfasts with only-baked croissants and buns - very good beginning of the day!
Cosy rooms that are cleaned everyday.
And the last but not the least - friendly hotel staff. Special thanks to Daniela and Jindrich, who helped us a lot not to get lost in avalanche of places to visit and attractions of this one of the most beauiful european cities, they were sympathetic and polite.

Stay in Kama Garden you won't regret it!

Would thoroughly recommend it. It is all about the location. Really close to Charles Bridge and all the buzz on the other side but there are loads of places to eat and drink in the lesser town too. Rooms very clean and staff extremely helpful. Breakfast excellent. We visited in January - just one word of caution, because it is off season tours/trips can be cancelled because of lack of numbers.

Just returned from a 4 day trip with my boyfriend to Prague. This hotel was the best location we could have hoped for, it was a minutes walk from the Charles bridge, in the lesser town, it was close enough to every attraction but far enough away that it was nice and quiet at night, the room was more than big enough and clean with fresh towels everyday. It was in the minus temperature wise on our trip but our room was lively and warm all the time. The Staff were extremely helpful arranging our taxis for us, and we could not fault the hotel at all. We are looking to return in the summer and will be staying here again. Fantastic holiday

Dear valued guest,

thank you for your such a positive review. You are right, the location of our hotel is just great for exploring Prague. In Kampa Garden you are just hidden from the city bustle and at the same time close enough to walk easily to main Prague's attractions.

We are very looking forward to welcome you here in summer again! I am sure you will enjoy our summer terrace with view to Certovka river.

See you soon!

We stayed at Kampa Garden for New Year's Eve which was a great experience. The hotel is situated very close to Charles Bridge, with a 15 minute walk to the castle or 10 minutes to the old square in Prague. The location is peaceful within a romantic area close to the river. Also in the near vicinity are a couple great restaurants (Cafe de Paris or Hergertova Cihelna - both I can recommend!). The room was spacious and very clean. A nice touch was having coffee or tea available in the room. Breakfast provided a small yet nice selection to choose from. If you are looking for a great hotel in the heart of Prague with close access to many beautiful locations, I would recommend Kampa Garden as a great choice for a fair price. Will surely return in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kampa Gardens Hotel, and spending New Year's Eve in Prague. Prague was one of the highlights of our European trip. Kampa Gardens Hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Charles Bridge, the Old City and Little Quarter. Should we have the good fortune of one day day returning to Prague, Kampa Gardens Hotel will be my first choice of accomodation.

We were very pleased with Hotel Kampa Garden. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were very clean. The breakfast that was included in the price was hearty and varied. We found that the eggs, meat, cheese, cereal, fruit and pastries kept us satisfied during long days of walking around the city. The location is excellent, on what is called Kampa Island (not really an island) very close to the Charles Bridge, Kampa Park, the John Lennon Wall and within easy walking distance to everything else. Room was a good size with a combination safe for valuables. Location is also quiet because it is slightly off the beaten path. Bed mattress was hard, but that seems the case all over Europe. We would definitely stay here again.
