“Great hotel, great price, great location!”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

This hotel is right by the Charles Bridge, but out of the chaos of center city. Our window overlooked the river and the area is filled with outdoor cafes. Clean rooms with flat screen tv and wifi, very friendly and helpful staff. Front desk attendant, Stan, set us up with a delightful, private segway tour, (I love Segway), which got us around the outskirts of the city. We felt like this was a perfect place to stay in Prague...away from the crowds, overlooking river, friendly staff, affordable, decent breakfast, convenient.

Room Tip: Overlooking the river!

Right in the center of Prague, more of the quiet side and just minutes to walk to all the great places you may find in Prague - the old town square, astrominical clock and the charles bridge! The staff are very friendly abd helpful and you can buy the tram tickets and whatever tickets you want from them and they will make the necessary arrangements. I like how professional the staff are in arranging the private taxi for us. As for the room, it is big and clean. Room slippers and hair dryers, complimentary tea as well. The breakfast is good, especially the bread. I will definitely frequent this hotel again for my next trip to Prague. Highly recommended!

What a place!! The perfect location in the middle of Prague, everything is in a walking distance, very nice parking just outside the hotel, Charles bridge 200metres, but the hotel itself is very quite, which I liked very much!

But the real thing which makes this place so great is the hotel staff at the reception desk - extremly helpful, friendly, nothing was a problem! I got into a long conversation with Stan, Daniela helped a lot when recommending places to go, Jindric is a good fella too! Thank to Nataly for a incredibly fast reaction to my emails and pleasant communication.

Use a terrase during the evenings - very pleasant!

Lots of choices for breakfast too, I would only suggest to add a good oldfashioned english breakfast! :D

Right in the center of Prague - nevertheless a quite place to stay - just minutes to walk to all the great places you may find in Prague - a great staff being so helpful and making the impossible just possible and this in time and quality, just committed to provide the best service for all guests - looking for lunch, dinner, a city guide for special topics, tickets, just ask and you will get excellent recommendations and guidance - in the rooms you find all what you need and the rooms are big and very clean, may be the furniture isn't the latest but this was never a concern - the breakfast is good - next time in Prague this will be my place again. Highly recommended.

We stayed here during our vacation in end of May 2014.
Location is very strategic since it is very close to Charles Bridge (just 5 min walk) and it is located in the Lesser Town side.
Restaurant is many around that area.
The room is quite old in first impression, but it is large though.
The people working there is very nice and helpful.
I remember we need to join a tour to Kutna Hora and the receptionist can make it in only 30mins... quite impressive indeed.
The price that we got during the stay is very reasonable compared to other similar hotel in Prague.
The breakfast is very decent and nothing to complain about.
Room is cleaned everyday and filled with new stock of towels.
Recommended to stay here !!!

Ten days in this hotel. The staff a remarkable team, from the ladies in the breakfast room to the bedroom cleaners, and a reception team as good as any you could hope to encounter. Here is a team that can combine professional, informal, friendly and helpful in one package - even after a 12-hour night shift. Who needs tourist information when the hotel has Natalia and Standa? (Sorry we don't have the names of the other team members who were so helpful to us....)
We were here to sing, enjoy the city, eat and sleep - all of which we did in abundance.
The first impression of "tired decor" paled into insignificance in the light of all the other positives about this hotel. Quiet, very best location, comfortable, clean and welcoming.
A great thanks to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Room Tip: Front rooms for morning sun, back rooms for evening sun. A few have a narrow view of river beside t...
