I stayed here with three other mates (small well behaved stag do) and we got one of the 5 bed apartments at the top of the hostel. It was excellent value: a clean, spacious apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Location was very good - close to Wenceslas Square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The boys were very happy with my choice (i was the best man). Definitely recommended.

11 of us stayed here for 4 nights this April, we had the apartment that is advertised on hostelworld as 2 rooms 5+5 but they were happy for us to sleep more people and split the rooms boys and girls. The apartment itself was gorgeous, really tall ceilings, a massive private hall way, toilet and separate bathroom with 2 shower cubicles and 2 sinks, fully equipped kitchen (private for the apartment) the biggest room had 3 bunk beds, a sofa and table, lockers, and wardrobe as well as an upstairs mezzanine area with 2 more beds in. There was another room leading off of that which was the boys room with 3 more bunk beds in. Considering there were 11 of us it didn't feel cramped at all! The hostel felt very safe, down a little side road, you are given 3 keys, to the front door, a front gate and a locker key, there is also a electronic lock with a 4 digit key that changes everyday and we also had a further electronic key for our apartment. So I don't think they could do more to make it safe! There was also a luggage room for the last day which was a massive help. Location wise, it is literally round the corner from Wenceslas Square and 5 minute walk from the old town, few minutes away from the metro station and about 30 mins from the airport. Very clean, very friendly staff who provided us all with maps, there is a 24/7 mini store at the end of the road, I can't say enough good things about it! Go there, it was great!

Room Tip: There is a room off of the main communal area that I don't think I would have been too happy wit...

I stayed at Rosemary for three nights while in Prague to run the half marathon. Traveling solo, I opted for the 4-bed all-female room. They added a fifth bed to the room for a group of girls that wanted to stay together, and for this the hostel gave us a discount on the original price. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and beds are comfortable. WiFi is fast. The hostel attendants were very accommodating with late check-in and check-out, as well as helping locate a grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again.

The hostel attendant was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage at the hostel while we toured. Our room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The hostel was quiet and located close to the Town Square. I would absolutely visit again.

Room Tip: The 6 bed mixed room was spacious and even had it's own kitchen space.

The hostel is central, clean and the staff are very helpful. Laundry service is available for a reasonable price. Rooms are a little crowded but this creates a good atmosphere and a great way to meet fellow travellers!

I stayed 3 days with 5 of my friends. This hostel is ok if you're travelling with friends. I do not advise to go there if you're in couple. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Actually, it's an old flat converted into hostel. You will find a kitchen and shared fridge. We used the fridge for breakfast, you can not secure your food. You need key and codes to go inside the building and to go to your room. It's a well-placed hostel. There are 2 computers.

Room Tip: Room in front of the TV could be noisy if people don't respect rules.

Worst hostel have ever stayed in... we got bed bugs and have been itching like crazy. DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed in a private room... no curtains and there was only 1 bathroom on the foor for everyone staying. Had to wait an hour to use the bathroom. Also no soap to wash hands with.,... But the bed bugs were the worst. We complained and they just ignored us. Seriously... fork out $10 more and stay somewhere else!

Room Tip: Unless you want red bites all over you ... do not stay here!

Hello,
Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry that you did not like it in our hostel. After your departure we immediately invited expert on bedbugs, who works in this field for over 20 years and is a professional. He comes to us every six months and makes regular inspections and preventive measures. Unfortunately, this time he really found in your room a few bugs. The room was closed for 24 hours and was done a complete disinfestation of the room and places around, three beds we have destroyed just to be sure and buy new ones. Unfortunately it was explained to us that this problem is facing a lot of hostels and even luxury hotels and important is that it came right on time and that the immediate disinfestation was done properly. The problem is if some of the hostels or hotels dont care about this issue, then the guests carry bedbugs from place to place...

As it was in our case, unfortunately, it was found that some of the tourists brought the bedbugs in from another place. But the point is that we didnt underestimate the situation as the other hostels and hotels and that the professional disinfestation was done on time and properly.

And so now we can in good conscience say that it is already our hostel completely free from these pests.

We apologize for this unpleasant experience and we are sorry.

It is a pity that you did not come at the reception before. We could move you to another room or give you a discount.

With sincere apologies Hostel Rosemary - Petra H. / the owner
