I had a good stay in this hostel in May along with 3 other friends (an all girls gang).

Hostel - This is more an apartment than a hostel. We had a booked a room for 4 people but they upgraded us to a 10 bed (2 bedroom) apartment. We had a small kitchentte and a small dinig area too. We also loved the roof top windows in the room.

Location - The hostel has a fantastic location. Its very close to the New Town Square and a 5 minutes walk from the main train station. You can also walk to all the tourist sights from here. There is a also a beautiful small garden and super markets close by.

Security & Wifi - They have free wifi and have quite a few measures for security such as numerous keys, changing passwords, etc.

The only issue we had was that there was no sugar and coffee in the kitchen, but they stocked it after we asked at the reception.

Overall a good place for staying and exploring Prague.

A friend and i stayed in a room for a few nights in July. The hostel room was really more like an apartment. We had two bedrooms, a kitchen with a large fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It was so close to old town and was in the heart of old town. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hostel was very secure. It was so easy to find and close to the main station. The decor was a bit old so don't expect anything fancy but it was great value, I Would definitely recommend hostel rosemary!

Wonderful beds in the dorm rooms as they are single beds and not part of a bunk bed. Free tea and coffee in the common room was nice as well as free use of a computer. Perfect location, within walking distance of the train station

Hostel is close to town and very secure. You have to get through a locked door but punch in 2 key codes to get into your room and yh key codes change daily. Our room had its own kitchen and also a shared bathroom between 12 people. Very relaxed and spacious hostel.

Hostel is in a great location. Staff were friendly and security was almost too good (3 keys and 2 door codes to get into room after hours). Beds were fairly comfortable, but overall weren't that clean, much like the rooms overall. only 1 toilet and 2 showers between ~20 people. The two showers share a changing area, so if you aren't comfortable being declothed infront of another person, only one shower is useable at a time. Bathroom was cleaned daily but with that amount of use it gets dirty very quickly.
Kitchen area was fairly clean and had a fridge to keep food aswell as plenty of cooking utensils. Overall this hostel wasn't bad, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms were clean and the common area's are well equiped. Front desk was friendly and willing to help out with questions and maps. In three nights stay we got a total of 1minute or warm showers, the rest was ice cold. In our experience, not much of a vibe, a lot of older guests. Overall value for money okay but not great.

We settled on this hostel as prices at other hotels were much higher than what I had expected as we were in Prague seemingly during a holiday week.

While we had booked a twin room with our own bathroom and kitchen, they actually gave us a room with 8 beds but we had the whole unit to ourselves. The stay did not get off to a good start as we found the bathroom sink had choked and the tap water in the kitchen was sometimes not that clean/clear. We did not manage to get help until the next morning as the reception was close I think after 8pm by the time we found out about the problems. Thankfully, the problem was sorted out next morning even though it was a public holiday. I figured the accommodation had sold themselves as a hostel so we cannot expect the same standards as a hotel. It was quite noisy on some nights as we could hear people yelling probably from the common rooms. I think they are basically youngsters just having a good time.

On to the good points. The room was relatively clean and it was huge given that we were 'upgraded' to a bigger room. It seems the tiles were recently refurbished. Wifi is strong and we had cooking facilities so it was ideal for a family stay. The hostel's location must be the strongest point. The main tourist areas all seem to be within 15 minutes walk and the railway station is less than 10 mins walk away. We found the male receptionist to be rather helpful and responsive.
