Stayed between 17/07/2016 to 22/07/2016. Though the hotel is away from the city centre or the old town square, it is very conveniently located near the Flora metro station. Tickets for metro/trum/bus were available at the reception. So we didn't feel the distance, rather it was away from the hustle & bustle of the old town square where one can't walk without bumping into another.
The shopping mall Atrium Flora is adjacent to the hotel. There is an Indian restaurant name Bombay Express in the mall. We even watched a movie in IMAX in Atrium Mall.
We really had a great time staying at Courtyard Marriott in Prague.

We stayed at the hotel as a family. The location of the hotel could be characterized not bad due to the nearby mall but it is not because in order to get to the city center you need a taxi and all taxi drivers cheat very badly with the exception of tick tack company (even the hotel taxi overcharges 390 to take you to the center compared to 150 tick tack asks). The hotel is quite clean and the restaurant food is very average. Some of the reception staff is polite but some other rude and ineffective. The cost of our stay was about 600 euros and when we arrived they froze 800 from visa account. Furthermore when they prepared our bill they mistakenly charged us with 15% vat and when we noticed it the reception staff was not very polite with us.On the night of 7th and 8th of August we were assured by the reception staff that they would have prepared lunch packages for us early in the morning of the 9th, since we were leaving very early in the morning, but the guy at the reception on the 9th knew nothing about it and we left the hotel without breakfast although we paid for it.

Dear Andreas,
Thank you for choosing Courtyard Prague City for your stay and for sharing your experiences with us.
I very much apologize for any possible shortcomings experienced in terms of the service received from some of our Team Members. Please rest assured, that was rather coincidence, than our usual standard. As we do have usually oposit comments on our Employees.
I allow myself a small specification about the location. Very nearby, 2 minutes walk there is a metro station which goes directly to the city center. In 10 minutes you could be in the Old Town as well as the taxi in Prague. We do have our own hotel taxi or any other city taxi which we cooperate with and these companies are reliable.
Anyway I would like to use this opportunity to thank you for your valuable feedback and I very much hope to welcome you back in the future.

This hotel locate right cross the street of Metro. There is a small shopping mall with supermarket. It took me almost an hour taking bus and metro to the hotel from the airport. All in all very convenient for transportation. The fitness room is tiny and no access to the beautiful courtyard from the hotel. The towels and bed linen are a bit tired. I have to ask for shower caps from the front desk everyday. Other than that, a very nice stay.

Stayed at the Courtyard for 3 nights. The hotel is close to a tram stop and underground station which takes you into the Old Town. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious.
The breakfasts were buffet style with a good selection of cereals, cold meats and cheeses, with hot options. We had dinner on two occasions one was a bit disappointing the other was very good. There is a small shop where you can purchase sandwiches, snacks and drinks.
A great hotel which I would recommend and if I am ever back in Prague is a hotel I would use again.

It's not cheap, but it's a great hotel!
Seems very new, rooms are clean and nice sized. Cons: breakfast is so overpriced, it's impossible to eat on daily basis, so go across the street, inside the mall there's a great market with fair prices! I would stay again definitely
