This hotel along with the couple of other Mandarin Hotels I have stayed with is outstanding. Not only is your every need taken care of but they even anticipate what you will require even before you have thought of it. For example, my wife had bought two books but did not have a book mark and was folding the edge of the books. When we returned after dinner there were two book marks left for us. The service is really outstanding and this particular hotel is beautifully restored from when it used to be a monastery. The food at the restaurant is also outstanding. Once you stay in a Mandarin Oriental hotel it is very hard to stay any where else. Close enough to the main centers and far enough to be quiet.

One of the best hotel experiences ever - the hotel is so beautiful, the interior design impeccable and stylish, the staff are incredibly kind and professional and attentive and patient, always willing to help and improve. The rooms are wonderful, the breakfast in the restaurant is great, the room service food is delicious, the location is wonderful, the spa amazing... I could just go on and on.

Our family visited Prague this past weekend and had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. We had no idea what to expect as we had never been to this city and the whole trip turned out to be a delight! The hotel is beautiful! Originally, it was a monastery and has been converted into a hotel. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. The staff was the best part as they took care of everything for us. They even had placed puzzles in the kids' room, as well as wonderful fruit flavored bubble bath body wash. Best of all, they arranged for a fantastic tour guide, named Peter, who walked us all around the city sharing great stories and facts about Prague. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for service, great location and wonderful food!

This was a wonderful hotel. Everyone was very helpful when we had flight cancellation issues - so the great staff were tested and passed. Would love to come back. Honestly there was nothing at all that disappointed us and we would come back in an instant. Definitely putting "go to more Mandarin Oriental Hotels" on the 'bucket list'. Turndown service included a little card on the bed telling us next day's weather. Fruit, gingerbread because it was Xmas...lots of small touches. Lovely spa, perfect location.
