Charming old building, very well maintained. Nice details. Clean cozy rooms. I recommend to take so called" family room" - very nice, spacious, with sitting area, and nice roof windows. Coffee/ tea facilities in the room. comfortable , king size bed, good size bathroom. Would like to return.

This hotel was a perfect base for a long weekend in Prague as location to the main historical areas was our priority and we were delighted to be able to walk everywhere. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable with good showers and beds. I would agree with the comments that the rooms are dark, but it didn't affect our stay. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is good value. I would recommend the Cafe Louvre across the street for lunch/light dinner. I agree with comments that this is not a 5 star property but I think the price reflects this.

Room Tip: I requested a room on top floor facing away from the street - no complaints!

Our four night stay at this property was excellent! The best being:

the room with white windows where you could sit and wander,

the breakfast area was well decorated

the front office staff was very helpful

the location was great, we could walk the whole Charles Bridge and reach the other side

Huge bathroom and very clean

I stayed there last week for 5 nights in bed and breakfast basis, i really wonder if this hotel is 4 or 5 stars? comparing to my experience i can say it is a 3 one. The hoel is just 5 min walking from city center and 1o min from Charles Bridge.
Anyway i arrived around 11 am but no rooms was available so i have to walk around for a couple of hours till my room is ready, the room is quiet big and nice, free and good wifi connection, no iron on the room, and the people there have a problem in changing the shampoo and shower gel as far as you still have a small amount they will not change it or give you any more !!! same for nescafe !! Breakfast was good but not that wow.

This hotel was terrible so much so that we checked out half way through our stay in Prague and rebooked at another hotel. First I will start off by saying that I only book 4 or 5 star hotels and that I have lots of hotel stays to compare this too. This hotel claims to be a 5 star property and I can tell you that this hotel is FAR from being a 5 star. Hotels that are 5 stars are considered to be a luxury property and have premium bedding as well as premium amenities like bathrobes/slippers/toiletries etc. This hotel had nothing even close to that. Cheap mattress that was hard as a rock. Hard pillows with no choice of soft pillows available. Tossed and turned all night and slept like crap. By our 3rd day we were miserable from lack of sleep. The final straw was not having ANY hot water in the morning! Naked and frozen I tried to exit the shower quickly and slipped in the process. I would like to add that you have to step up & over the tub/shower combo that has no railing or grips and also has a sort of half glass wall thing that moves. Strange. At that point I was done. Especially After speaking to the front desk and getting zero reaction from them. Very poor customer service to say the least. I won't even bother getting into the lack of house keeping! Basically the bed was made and clean towels were left but that's it. They even left finished room service plates with half eaten food on the desk. The hotel fell short in MANY areas except one. The location was fantastic. That's it. (And the occasional pleasant employee we had interaction with).
If you are used to 4-5 star standards then definitely avoid this place.

We just returned from staying at this hotel. Location is excellent...southern edge of Old Town and only ten minute walk from the main square. It is also on a major avenue filled with eateries, markets and other shops. The hotel itself is great. We had a room for four...nice loft, spacious, well kept, stylish and large bathroom with two sinks and roomy shower with multiple water sprayers. The hotel has its own private parking in the basement. Only has room for about 10 cars and it is tight. Took us about 15 minutes to maneuver out our Toyota SUV. But if you drive a compact, shorter car, you should have no problem. Parking lot is very secure. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of options in a large dining room...so no worries about waiting for a table. The staff was very professional and helpful. There is also a lounge on the reception floor with a bar. They have tapas to snack on for a fee, and there is 24-hour room service as well. Only negative point are the thin walls. There was a rowdy group of guys in the adjacent room that we could hear. But it wasn't a big deal for us. Overall we had a great experience in this stylish, hip, centrally located, Prague hotel. I would book there again.

Rooms are clean, cozy and quite. Shampoo and soap were not so great. Breakfast was just excellent! Staff - very helpful and nice. Location is also very good, it's 10 min walk to Old Town Square and 5 to 7 mins to Charles Bridge. There are a lot of nice dining spots around. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
