I came back to Eurostars Thalia hotel after 8 months. As the first time, even this time the receptionnists were very nice, they offered us a welcome drink at a very cosy place at the bar, the room was beautiful, bathroom just excellent... Breakfast amazing, the rate for the room with breakfast included more than correct. Cannot wait to come back next time.

We stayed there some time between May or July 2014 excellent location very easy to get there. Nice spacious room just like the one on the picture, always clean towels.
The hotel is more like a 4 stars, they just need to make it more fancy with a door man who can take your luggage to the room.
Breakfast buffet style, good food and very clean and the staff were always smiling
Reception team very helpful and also friendly I would like to thank them for being so good, sorry i dont remember all the names, Kristina helped us to buy some tickets for a festival and get the flowers the night that I got engaged and the other Spanish girl (sorry I cant remember her name) from reception who got us a btl of champagne and chocolates that really exceed my expectations :)

Definitely what make that hotels 5 stars is the staff that work there and I would recommend this hotel to stay . Well done to all see you next year

On arrival reception were helpful but on arriving at one of our two booked rooms the air on was out, reception refused to look at it until the morning. It actually turned out to be a simple problem but the aircon was very weak.

Our room was the same as our daughters, weak aircon and we had a broken handbasin, a leaky shower and a broken tap.

Bizarrely there are no curtains in any of the rooms, yes there are nets but the solid curtains are for show only and cannot be pulled across the window. This basically means you can't make the room dark at all.

Beds are a king or super king and comfortable

My guess is this May have been a 5 star when built it certainly isn't now, it's tired and in dire need of repair.

That one is far away from the stated ive stars. The furniture is dilapidated and in the bathroom shelves and knobs are rickety. The trash been is cleaned once in a while but not every day.
The staff is not very nice and eager. As well as not very competent to advice on surrounding area and places. It is a three star hotel with a hevily used bathroom from 4+ star hotel.

Ideal location, but noisy at night due to the drunken partyers leaving the N11 nightclub just next door.
Breakfast was excellent. Family room is big, but kids bed (pull out sofa) was old and had no structure or support.
Some other issues with housekeeping who kept removing the spare card from main power switch for the room.
Parking is very limited.
Centrally located, good access to most tourist areas.
