Everything was completly great . Designs, unusual hotel, good breakfast.Location in the heart of old Prague is excellent. We stay only one night , but highly recomended. If You come with car , parking is on front of hotel , what is very important because in old part of Prague parking option are very limited.Simply great.

The Three Storks is located in a square located near the Senate in the shadow of Prague Castle and just a couple of minutes stroll from Malostrasma and about 5 minutes from Charles Bridge thus making its location perfect for exploring the fabulous city of Prague. My wife & I spent 5 nights here in October 2013 and any negative that we could mention would be churlish ! All the staff were friendly and attentive with the standard of accommodation was excellent.
We stayed in room 23 which overlooked the square and offered views if the Castle. BTW the square is busy with traffic all day particularly in the morning and early evening so if like us you like fresh air just bear this in mind !
Breakfast is served from 7-10 and we found it perfectly acceptable and the made to order omelettes were very good. We didn't eat in the resturant but it looked nice and receives good reviews.
The staff will give you a map and highlight the nearest metro & tram stops to the hotel. A 24 hr ticket costs 110 czk and can be purchased from a ticket machine ( they only take coins ) or from a Tabac.
The free WiFi worked well although I suggest you try all 4 of the access points to see which gives the best speed.
NB the beds are quite hard, if you drink enough you'll not notice too much !

If we return to Prague then this is the hotel for us and would recommend it to all.

Room Tip: room 23 has great views and has 4 opening double windows.

Wonderful gem of a hotel that we would highly recommend. Set in a quiet square, only a short walk from the castle area and St.Charles bridge. Lovely, comfortable and spacious room, friendly, enthusiastic and polite staff, excellent breakfast and restaurant, cleanliness throughout, a great base from which to explore this magical city. Outstanding in every way !

The service is outstanding. Tomas and Filip at the front desk went out of their way to help us navigate our way through tight train connections from the Czech Republic to Salzburg, and answer our many questions.

The food at the Hotel Three Storks restaurant is superb. After coming hundreds of touristy restaurants serving bland items such as beef goulash, it was refreshing to experience gourmet quality food in an inviting atmosphere. The food quality is 5 stars. A good selection of menu items, well prepared, and fresh ingredients.

We did not stay at the hotel, so cannot comment on the accommodations.

Location, food, rooms, staff, design are perfect! Very quiet rooms.
But wifi is very restrictive (not possible to connect via vpn, iOS applications can't synchronize or log in). Shower head was not fixed during all week.

Room Tip: ask friendly staff whatever you need.

From the moment we arrived, we experienced, efficiency, cleanliness, enthusiasm and helpfulness. The rooms were spacious, very well appointed, large comfortable beds, with sparkling modern en-suites. The breakfast was good, with a substantial choice of hot and cold options. The hotel is perfectly situated for access to the main attractions, the hop on, hop off buses, the tram network, and a number of very good local restaurants.

The receptionist (her name is Michaela) was very friendly, she also can speak german. The room was very nice and i like the bathroom so much. It was all very clean and the bed is very big and comfortable. There is a parking place in front of the hotel and the police is looking for the cars. The breakfast was also very good, only the bred in the czech republic don´t taste me.

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Luxurious design hotel is located in the very heart of the historical centre of Prague near the Charles Bridge and the Old Town as well as all other monuments. It offers a fantastic view of the Prague Castle and the Wallenstein Palace. Enjoy the harmony of the preserved renaissance interior and progressive design by the best Czech architects. All hotel rooms are equipped with unique design furniture, futurist bathrooms, air conditioning with individual controls, LCD television, DVD players with a rich choice of DVDs, high-speed WiFi Internet connection, a desk and a safe deposit. In the renowned Wallenstein pub you can engage in an unforgettable culinary experience. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink in the cosy lobby bar or the hotel's glass patio. Breakfast is served in the form of a rich hot buffet. An air-conditioned fully equipped conference room for 30 persons is available for conferences, business negotiations and presentations. A limited number of parking places is available directly in front of the hotel. The first mentions of the house, sometimes also called Altmann House or House at the Kings Magi, date back to the 14th century when, in this locality, the Augustinian Order founded the first Monasterial Brewery of St.Thomas. The only reminder of this period preserved until today is a large Gothic cellar. In the first half of the 17th century, the house was reconstructed in the Renaissance style and given the name of House at the Three Storks and a house sign embossed with three storks. Today's appearance of the facade comes from the Classicist reconstruction in 1794 and 1820, when the connection with three neighbouring buildings resulted in the current aspect of the whole house. The facade with the house sign on a stone plaque and the main portal date precisely from this period. In the 1930s, the history of the renowned Wallenstein restaurant, named after famous Czech aristocratic family and frequented by number of well-known personalities, started evolving in this house. The name of the House at the Three Storks has its implication. The stork used to be a carrier of good news and blissful home. We strongly believe that every visit to this house will comply with the Latin saying originally placed under the house sign: "Frustra mundus invidet, quando Deus providet" - "The world envies in vain, when God takes care." ... more   less
